    I ordered 6 dog toys got an email they were processing. - over a week later checked and said still processing - so i called It is State line tack that runs it she told me all my items are on backorder... NOT 1 notification was i given. ALSO THEY CHARGED MY CC 2 TIMES FOR THE SAME EXACT ORDER.!. THEFT and they didnt even try to hide it... HORRIBLE customer service. They should be shut down. DONT waste your time or get aggravated.stay FAR away from this company. If you can call it that.     Beware, a 2.25 ounce item, ordered in quantity to get the best price makes up their discount difference by being invoiced at one pound per item so they add an overweight shipping surcharge and insurance fees to the order! This is a scam! Tip for consumers:Read their reviews and shop at your own risk. Products used:I purchased dried smoked lamb shanks (trotters) for my dog. I cancelled the order when extra charges were tacked on and they refused to correct their error. The exact same item was shipped from their competitor with only a standard shipping fee and weighed less than 1/4 of the Dog.com claimed shipping weight. Service Value Shipping
    I ordered 5 personalized dog collars red royal blue dark green purple and dark pink. They stitched all in black stitching! Really? Wouldn't common sense tell you to stitch in white? And then you ask them and all they say is we have no control of what they are stitched in. Is it too hard to give this choice to your customers? Instead you think you can just send them crap and do nothing about it! When are the bad reviews going to be enough for you people!

    dog.com has lots of cool items but their customer service is a little lacking. After purchasing a dog harness that turned out to be defective, they took way too long to respond to my emails. Finally, I was able to return the product after submitting pictures to prove my point. After all was said and done, they partially refunded me. I had to call back and ask for my full refund. It was definitely a hassle and will shop in a store next time.
    I do a lot of business with Amazon and have had excellent service, good products, etc. I have not had any bad experiences.
    Buyers beware--their customer service is ridiculously slow. When I ordered the wrong item and recognized it immediately, I sent their customer service a request to cancel my order of heavy crate BEFORE shipping. They waited until after it shipped three days later to contact me and tell me it was too late to cancel. Don't order anything from them that you aren't 100% positive you want!
    These folks have so much to chose from, excellent prices and wonderful customer support!

    This is one of the worst sellers of dog supplies online. AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM. I ordered 74 tiny puppy collars to identify newborn pups. Less than 2 ozs each! They charged me extra weight charges for 59 POUNDS! 74 collars DO NOT WEIGH 59 POUNDS! Since they can't correct their shipping charges, I cancelled the order and will get them elsewhere. This business is totally corrupt!
    Do not order from Dog.com. I would give no stars if there was an option. I ordered 1 item. They sent me incorrect information about the shipment. I called to find out and they assured me it was coming. It never came. I called again. They told me that they had "tried" to contact me that the item would not be coming - I have not received any contact from them. The representative was completely unhelpful, unapologetic and just plain sarcastic about it.
    Give me a lot of fun about dogs!
    Do not order from this company or any of their sister companies. Do not risk your customer satisfaction! They requested FedEx return my order and instead of reshipping, they credited my account... which will take a week. So now my customers do not have their items and will not for 2 weeks if I wait out the incompetence to clear.
    Been here for a week. I was looking for a great stuff for a friend, good products that I love most of it. I can't choose what accessories do I have to buy. Great so far!
    I placed an order with Dogs.com for a dog crate that was listed as "In Stock" and usually ships within 24 hours. It was ordered on a Thursday at 2:00PM, and as of 4:20PM the next Wednesday it still has not shipped. Turns out that "In Stock" does not mean they have it, but the manufacturer does. Dogs.com then passed everything off to them, including processing your payment, which still has not come out of my account. At this point, I am not sure I will be receiving anything. First time shopping with Dogs.com. Last time shopping with Dogs.com.
    My friend recommend this site, and so far I experience right and positive.
    Love this site, I also use horse.com and the prices are great. They have many sales and specials, not to mention tons of items. Shipping is about average, but the company is reliable and honest so I never have any worries when I purchase from them. Great job!
    I'm so tired with dog.com! They have sent my dog food to the wrong address. After giving me the run-around for 2 weeks finally they promised to send it to the correct address. After 2 weeks, I call and they have made another mistake and did not send out my dog food. The woman assured me it will be sent out this time and I double checked the address-she assured me that they will be sending it to the correct address and double checked the address with me-I found out they just sent it out to the wrong address again. What is wrong with these people? Their costumer service sucks!
    Disappointing Advertising and Pricing Practices: Neither sales nor customer service were able to tell me what clearance meant, nor could they tell me why their calculation was always slightly off from mine. I’m a HS Math teacher and know how to add. After being unable to explain they just kept saying that pricing is bound by the manufacturer which is not true since they are not just a distributor but qualify as a store. Even if they were just a distributor why would each manufacturer make the same miscalculations? The sales rep was friendly but eager to transfer me to CS. CS was a bit touchy once they realized they couldn’t explain the miscalculation. Also they advertise “25% OFF YOUR ENTIRE ORDER” yet very few items are actually eligible.
    I pretty much buy everything for my 5 year old chow at this website. Ship fast and great quality.
