They used to have a variety of cute and unique shows for babies/toddlers that taught a variety of subjects. New shows were added occasionally, even if they reused old characters. It is now showcasing shows like the original Bob the Builder as *new* content. The live streaming is more commercials than shows anymore and most of them are aimed at adults. YouTube is a better option for watching the original Babyfirst shows. It's free, has more variety, and less commercials. The store is having just as many issues. In the past, orders shipped quickly. I'm currently waiting on an order from a month ago that hasn't shipped yet and multiple attempts to contact contact service have gone unanswered. Baby first TV and videos that would be great just as good at baby Einstein, but also have lessons and games for your baby to play as well.
