    Website SHOEMALL.COM worst service ever. After I placed my online order I called customer service to ask if an online discount could be applied. CSR rep and supervisor cancelled my order before telling me the discount would not apply to my order. After they cancelled my order they covered up their error by telling me the shoe was no longer available and that it was an online order issue. Worst service ever. Won't shop on this website again. Good news is that BORN shoes are available on plenty of other websites.
    Do not buy from these crooks. Charges are being filed if I don't see my money in the next 24 hrs! Think I'm playing my banks corporate office has already been contacted! Try me
    Bought a $100 pair of shoes that ended up not even looking like the pictured shoes on the website. The box included a return shipping label with NO TRACKING, and no request to contact them to return, which I thought was very sketchy. They also want $9 to pay for return shipping, even though they sent me a different product than they represented in the photo.     I returned a pair of Skecher shoes to Shoemall which they received on 6-30-23 as evidenced by my Fedex Tracking number. I have called three times to Shoemall and was told "refund is processing" and it would take 10 days. This is BS, why was refund not made upon receipt of returned item?     My order was returned to ShoeMall with their shipping label, which by the way, is the slowest return possible. I shipped it back on 12/30 through Fed Ex and it was received by ShoeMall on 01/06. They did not acknowledge my return until January 19 and my account was finally credited on 01/20. The turn-around time was ridiculous from the date of receipt by them until acknowledgment and credit. All other companies I have dealt with credited returns much quicker. Very disappointed with their process. Doubt I will do business with them again. Just beware if you need to return an item of the lengthy return process.
    After trying to order a pair of tennis shoes for myself over three days, I was unable to place an order that didn't get cancelled with no reason given. I was not allowed to get an explanation over the phone for the cancellations. After the three days the shoes were no longer available. I have ordered with them before with no problem and my credit score is excellent with no problems with either of two cards I tried using.     The receipt of my shoes was fine, but when I went to return them because they didn't fit, that's when my nightmare began. I used their return label, which apparently puts your return on the back of a donkey. It has been over a month, and the tracking information has not changed. When I contact them, they tell me there is nothing they can do, and that I will not get my refund until they have the shoes in hand. Their customer service people are also hopelessly rude.     I was trying to buy a pair of shoes but there was some weird error in my address ("illegal" characters in an auto-populated spot; no idea how they got there). Then the promo code didn't load, so I tried again. Their system LOCKED ME OUT for 24 hours due to "too many log-in requests." Well, folks, if your site worked correctly the first time, I wouldn't have had this problem. Customer service was friendly til I got to the supervisor who was incredibly rude and blamed me for trying to "scam" the system. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.     A shoe company should have a robust return policy. ShoeMall falls very short of that. You have to pay for your item to be returned and then wait 10 BUSINESS days AFTER they receive it for your return to be processed. In the high-tech world we live in today, this is unacceptable.
    ShoeMall - I've been trying to get my issue resolved and 2 of your customer service agents were SO RUDE! A male transferred me to another division without telling me the reason, and when I called back, a female had a nasty tone with me. I also think it's ridiculous that she said no supervisors are there after 7 pm. How are your customers supposed to get help after that time frame? If this is how you run your business, I will return my order and never do business with you again.
    I returned a pair of shoes and never got a refund! They are refusing to refund my money, saying they already did. They absolutely did not. It is now July 22, and I sent these shoes back over a month ago. The tracking shows the package was delivered to the address they provided. The company says wait 7-10 business days for refund. Which I did. 10 business days (of course) later I got an email saying they received my package and it will be 7-10 business days for refund. No. I called and said no you actually received them 3 weeks ago. Please refund me. They said wait 24-48 hours. I did.     Do yourself a favor and run from this shoemall website! They advertise shoes that they can not order and charge you. There customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. They have no idea what happens to the orders nor do they care to find out. Their shoes might seem cheep or on sale, but believe me, you pay for it in the long run. I will never buy from this site again.

    My first time ordering from this site. The only issue I had was my order was delivered 3 days behind the original schedule. Package sat in one place, and/ or not scanned for almost a week during shipment. Then it began moving again. Finally, received my package a few minutes ago!     Purchased 2 pairs 2/8/22. Received 1 pair 2 weeks later and was emailed that the other pair was on back order. It is now 4/14/22 (OVER 2 MONTHS LATER) and I got an email showing that the other pair finally shipped. When looking at the tracking, it shows delivery a week and a half away.     I found my shoe size at a fantastic price so I placed my shoe order on June 22,2022. The next day I received an email stating that the shoes had shipped. I was also giving a tracking number which indicated that I would receive the shoes in 3 days. Today, July 3,2022 I still have not received my shoes but I received notice that they were delivered. Long story short... Fedex places a delay on the package because Shoe Mall failed to place my suite number on the shipping label. Easy fix declares Fedex, "Simply have the sender call and correct the address." After waiting 81 minutes for Shoe Mall's customer service representative I was told that she tried but can't make the needed change and suggested that I try FedEx again. This story should have ended here... You would think after making a major labeling mistake and making the customer wait so long that Shoe Mall would apologize and immediately expedite the shoes. FedEx is useless as well. These two companies paired together creates an unbelievable toxic situation. Anyway, several phone calls later to both Shoe Mall and FedEx I have decided to step out of this circle of confusion and let my credit card company handle my refund.     #Shoemall.com, all I can say is this company sucks! As a First time customer, I Placed an order only to receive the wrong shoes. Took me over 30 min to get customer service on the phone. Transferred to a manager where I was told I would not be charged a return fee. Well they lied, even though it was notated on the account. I called back, When I spoke to the supervisor after waiting 30 min, Linda said she would refund the shipping fee...hm the fee that was already supposed to have been refunded with the original refund.
