    Got a Samsung stove less than 2 years ago. Got error message CF2. Found out it meant the oven control board needed to be replaced. For six months been trying to get the correct part number. Samsung keeps providing part number for a fridge control board instead of the oven. Now Samsung is suggesting that I purchase a repair manual so that I can get the correct part number. When I asked why Samsung can't look up the correct part number in the repair manual? There's no response. Samsung offers to have their tech install it for $900 but I can purchase the part for $200 and install myself. Kinda feel like I am getting the proverbial runaround by Samsung huh.     Samsung is a company that you cannot trust anymore. They post discounts on the website. After you buy the product they will cancel the order. Never buy from Samsung online if you want peace of mind. I bought a Galaxy Book4 online with a discount. After getting the confirmation email that the order is ready for pickup, I drove 30 miles to a best buy to pickup the order. The best buy guys said there is a technical glitch and cannot provide the laptop. They had lots of laptops there in the store. When I called samsung customer support, after so much discussion, they asked me to buy the laptop from the store for the current price and they will make a price adjustment. I was waiting for an email confirmation, that they never sent. I called again and they said they will not honor the price. There was no record of any past calls. In spite of calling so many times, Samsung customer service is not ready to help me or resolve this issue. I would never buy anything from Samsung if this is the service they provide.     I recently purchased a laptop from Samsung's online store, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite specifically selecting a delivery date of December 2nd during the order process, Samsung completely ignored my choice and dispatched the laptop earlier, causing significant inconvenience and disrupting my work schedule. To make matters worse, December 2nd was my birthday, and this laptop was intended as a gift. Due to Samsung's negligence, my birthday was effectively ruined. Their courier service, DPD, added to the frustration by not offering delivery time slots and requiring a PIN, making it impossible to leave the package with the concierge.     I bought a high-end Samsung laptop with the manufacturer warranty. The laptop's audio suddenly stopped working altogether only 3 months after, so I contacted Samsung warranty claim which led me to their text customer support service. This service was the biggest waste of time I could've ever done. I had to re-explain 6 times with 6 different customer support technicians the problem and had to sit through their super basic repair suggestions like, "make sure your audio is turned on." After a week of texting with these support members and begging them to give me the information of a in person service center, the number for the service center they gave me was no longer in service. Samsung refuses to honor my warranty and sends me through goose chase after goose chase just to waste my time and save themselves from buying me a replacement laptop. NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG DEVICE.     I ordered 4 appliances on 2/15/24. Samsung promised all installation Delivered on 2/26. Installation date is 2/27/24 Unfortunately they never contacted me.     I bought a Samsung Note 20 Ultra about 3 years ago and had a great experience. However this year I bought the Galaxy 24 Ultra and traded in my device. I noticed Feb 4th that I accidentally clicked the wrong phone to trade in (Z-Fold) but both credits were the same $400. I called customer service that same day and they said this was okay that they would still give me the credit if the device was eligible. On Mar 17 they said they could not accept my order. At first they said the device didn't qualify, and then they said it wouldn't boot. I sent them proof of both being false. Now I am having to return the phone so I can re-order it and go through the whole process again to get a credit for the trade in which will take more than a week. Very poor customer service.     Terrible terrible disgraceful service from Samsung. Placed an order for £1600 monitor which supposed to be new but they send a used unit. They took my existing monitor for recycling. Their incompetent customer service stated if we ask for exchange it will take 7-10 days AFTER their warehouse recieve the unit and since I have no monitor any longer, this was not acceptable. We asked for a refund and they said 7-10 days after they collect the unit. 2 weeks on, they still have not issued a refund stated they want THEIR courier to return the monitor to THEIR warehouse which they have not as yet.     Ordered a FHD monitor. Received a terrible one. Far Far from being HD. Support service was nothing else than a big jocke. Spent 2 times 30 minutes with them and they haven't asked me one single pertinent question. They were just asking for more time to ''enter the case'' but they had nothing to enter since they had not asked anything about my product or my problem!     Been using Samsung for years and I had photos throughout the years, suddenly all my photos (taken by phone not shared through other apps) were deleted except for the last week. They were NOT deleted by me and yes I checked the trash and they aren't there. And NO they have not been removed completely by me because all other stuff previously deleted by me is still in the trash! I mean thousands of photos. I take a lot of pictures. And all they could say is "We cannot help, your only is backup if you have". No responsibility taken... nothing! What stupid service is this?! I could rate them lower if I could.     I bought two phones with the "pre order discount " after I noticed my credit card was charged more than it was listed for. I called up the samsung customer service number to speak to someone in India, which they said no problem call back when you get the phone and we'll refund you. I did that today and now they said they can't honor the price, 3 hours on the phone for them to make up reasons to not refund you.     We bought a washer/dryer set less than 3 years ago. The shocks need to be replaced@ $300 per shock, total of 4. Also, sensor has gone bad. Want spin. Very disappointed.     Samsung Review Bought this TV two months ago. Samsung denied me a refund while waiting and kept saying is was underway. When it finally arrived after 7 weeks, the packaging had clear signs of water exposure. Samsung refuse to acknowledge this and come up with any solution, - instead advising me to place a new order and wait 1-2 months. Zero compensation offered - except a $100 coupon that does not even work. It´s a joke. The customer support shows complete negligence and keep looping me around to different representatives.     Please don't waste your money on Samsung appliances! After 6 months wasted trying to repair our faulty Samsung fridge - which we had owned for 2 years when it quit cooling - I have heard from countless people that Samsung is KNOWN for faulty appliances and sketchy customer service practices.
