We were with Bluehost for 4 years. They started out good. Customer support was decent. However, just as we are about to go live, recently we were hit with Malware six times in six weeks. Bluehost suggested we use Site Lock and I said we were. They said we weren't and thus I was unaware that Site Lock was inactive. No one informed me. Then, we placed Site Lock on our server and we still had issues. I called Site Lock and they told us Bluehost was supposed to provision the Firewall. I called Bluehost and they refused, telling us this was not their job. Customer service has sunk to an all time low. I did research and Hostwind came up at the top of our list. So, here we are! To verify a US Citizen is too easy. Why not take the person's name or ID and enter the information on any background check app and get the details instead of requesting that many documents be sent.
