I liked the bag and purchase at Macys. I paid a good amount for it. Within months the handle snapped. I contacted them they said they will offer a price match and also give a card and they went back on that. I had the email proof and contacted them several times. They said it was wrong and only a gift card of reduced amount will be offered. They ar not being honest. Customer service lied upfront. Disappointing service for such a huge brand.

Date of experience: December 30, 2024I'm not sure what you changed in your way.Spans are going to wear, but I used to exclusively.Wear only your underwear for the last 10.Maybe twelve years and now you buy a new set of underwear and the underwear waist band is shot within a day or two The quality is so Bad now. When your spending 5 to 10 dollars a pair I expect better quality. Please fix your waistband asap it's hurting your brand

Reading other review sites and I am certainly not alone. Keep getting excuses and no explanation just we will look into it. Have they resolved, no. I have escalated to my bank to resolve, hopefully they will resolve but I have learned a lesson not to order anything else from Calvin Klein

Date of experience: July 14, 2021I have been purchasing these since the 90's. They use to be a great plain white-t-shirt. Not anymore. These are terrible, thin, mis-sapen, puffy shoulders, and i swear they are different sized sleeves on each side. DO NOT PURCHASE. We will see if Calvin klein will accept a return as I already threw them all in the wash.

Date of experience: August 8, 2023Bought Christmas gifts on Calvin Klein online (Canadian Store). One item didn't fit the person I bought it for, one item was mislabeled size. When I tried to return the gifts they refused (bought them in nov and it was 45 days after Christmas. Offered after a complaint 50 percent of the purchase price. I will never shop there again.

Date of experience: January 8, 2023I had purchased a puffer jacket a few years back. I washed/dried according to instructions. The jacket was totally deflated. I emailed and asked for advice on perking it up. The responses were snotty and had a nasty tone. They accused me of trying to get something for free, repeatedly saying the warranty was expired. Not once did I mention a warranty or a replacement! Just advice about getting it back to normal. They were horrible.

With the brand comes expectations.
They are nothing short of being pathetic and irresponsible.
Items have been paid for and the products have not arrived on the late date specified by their CS desk.
My query raised has not been responded to.
Does this appalling CS reflect well on a brand like CK?
Shame on you guys and absolute shame on your standards!
I'm pissed off beyond words.
Items ordered we're meant for a birthday present- the surprise has been bummed!
It seems items on sale weren't really available at all.
Doesn't give me an option for no stars - hence the 1 start rating.

All their clothing are super comfortable to wear, have great quality, and are decently priced. I was also pleasantly surprised at how nice their bags are!

I was very pleased with the fast delivery and the fact that the hotline communicated with me from the beginning to the end of the order.

I ordered 6 pairs of underwear. They never arrived. Somehow, they ended-up in a city a couple of hours away and never moved from there.
I contact Calvin Klein to resolve.
They WILL NOT reship a new order!
They WILL NOT refund your money!
The ONLY option the guy kept offering, "...if I choose to accept it...", is a gift card sent to me via snail-mail. Once I receive that, I'll have to go through the reorder process myself.
I told the guy that it was weird to keep saying, "if I choose to accept a gift card, they'd send one out".
I told him, how is that a choice? You telling me it's a gift card or nothing, is NOT a choice. So of course, I accepted a gift card.
Turns out, you can't use the gift card online, nor in any department store!
You can only use it in a brick and mortar Calvin Klein store. The nearest store to me is hours away.
So, I'm out $100
Calvin Klein ripped me off for $100
They've kept my money, they delivered no product, and they gave no way to resolve the issue. No refund, no reshipping of the order...just a gift card that I can't use.

Date of experience: May 28, 2020Their website suggests a size small, it was huge. I try to make an exchange, I was told I have to pay for shipping and a 10 dollar return fee! Do not order from here! Customer service was horrible and sounded bothered by my calling to resolve the size issue.

Date of experience: September 10, 2018Calvin Klein used to be my favourite brand I have been a customer for over 33 years now reason we like most brand names and pay high price is because of their quality but Calvin Klein quality is not the same any more honesty now is so poor after one wash gets damaged it is better to buy the copy of the brand made in china you get a lot better quality and u pay 10 times less the price few months ago I spend $500 in one month after one wash some items after 2 and third wash got damaged after sending the pictures and all the details of the product they overs me $40 gift card for 2 t shirts even though I send them pics of 4 t shirts 2 pants and a running shoes when I called them I said I can go back to the store show the store manager in case u can't see the damages in pictures well store manager can confirm that they can not be worn any more because they are damaged after one wash one of them in email said well after washing some products do get damaged and the lady on the phone said no we can't do any thing they only added extra $10 and send me $50 gift card which is so sad for being a loyal customer so I m not going to be Calvin Klein customer any more if that's the case after paying high price for a brand which we think is good quality gets damaged after one wash few I washed with hand and few washing machine both got damaged so it is better to pay 10 times less for the copy which is much better quality Calvin Klein quality is not sane any more it is so horrible and u don't even get one quarter of what u spend on one month in their store
Tip for consumers:At least a refund should have been giving to the most damaged items or exchanged at same store was purchased specially so sad only wore 20 min paid $70 cuz it was on sale from 103 it is garbage now don’t think any one can wear it it cuz it hurts so much after 20 min

Tip for consumers:Don't buy anything from them as it will cost you an absolute fortune to return any items at your own expense, due to the total incompetence of this company they fraudulently lie on their website advertising free returns but don't include a return label in your parcel!!! They then advise you to send back at your own expense back to the Netherlands for £18 with the promise that they'll refund you the costs but then just ignore your emails once they have the goods!! 18 emails so far sent to them!

I paid for express post, got an email that it had been shipped, called and it was still in the warehouse. I called customer service who just read a media script to safe guard themselves. These people are making a mockery of online selling, they take your money and you are screwed. They don't care so buyer beware, I wish I had done my research, they are a disgrace to their name.
