Despite numerous calls and promises of 'tomorrow' delivery, the flowers never showed up. The lack of accountability and transparency was staggering. Unfortunately, I'm still waiting to see if I'll even receive a refund. The constant runaround and lies have ensured that I will never be ordering from this company again. They delivered someone else's flowers, with their personal message, to my recipient's address. Needless to say she was confused. When I called her a week later to ask her if she received the delivery order, because I was surprised that she didn't call to thank me, that's when we discovered the error. I called From You Flowers to complain and was told that they would waive the delivery fee and redeliver that same day (Saturday). She didn't receive the new / correct delivery until Monday. I sent a deluxe bouquet to my best friend in Fairlawn, OH yesterday. It was the florist choice which I found out is not a great option. I could have bought the same arrangement in a grocery store for $10 and not been charge $60.67. The company refunded $20.27, which they claim is 50%. Beware it's a gamble with each florist and I for one will stick with a local florist going forward! They apologized and sent me a coupon code (save 14.99 and shipping). I typed in the code and the total was higher than originally was (53.74, not much but it was higher). So I called. You can only use one coupon is what I was told. And they could not answer my question on why the price changes. I have screenshots to prove all of the above quoted costs. I asked for a bigger discount to make it right. The supervisor said the most I can give you is 14.99 for shipping and don't let me get started on the shipping...
