    Recently purchased the Court Reporting Zoom kit from The Sound Professionals and needed technical support to get it up and running.     Upgraded my dad to QC35's and inherited his QC25's. Earpads were in moderate shape, then after I used them for a year I guess my stubble abraded them until they gave up. These were a Limited Edition QC25 that came with an off-white, light skin tone colored pads. I assume this is what Bose calls "white". I wanted something close to match the original but slightly darker without going full brown. These were perfect, plus the dust liners they came with were black and not blue, just as they originally came, (I think the non limited editions come with blue dust liners). Installation was a snap, took about 10 minutes per cushion as I wanted to be precise and ensure all 9 tabs on each cup were secure. These pads are a perfect fit, no looseness or oversized or undersized fit, same depth as the original pads. They are slightly firmer and the protein leather is not as supple as the original, they feel slightly more durable but I haven't worn them yet.     This is is the best camera brand that I have ever interacted with. I used to be on sony but I now prefer this one. I needed a good camera that would not dissapoint me and I got one from them and it works great. I ahve been using it for several months now and it is still up and runing.

    Monster does not honor warranty. Had product for 3-4 month and it stopped working. Was told to mail it back to monster and they rejected my warranty claim saying it was not returned in original box and product had missing or broken parts. They insinuated that I had taken it apart or something. I did not and would not have done that since there was a warranty. And who keeps the original box for that long. Now that they have the product they can make whatever claim they want too. Warranty is useless and product does not work as stated in printed material. Buy this product at your own risk.
