It is very difficult to obtain accurate information from customer support. Recently our hotspot stopped working. The first agent told us it was an advanced technical issue and someone would call us back. The next person said that they don't call people back but that we could keep calling to check the progress - of what I don't know. Heading into our 3rd day with no hotspot, we were told that BOOST now applies the first 12 gb of phone use to the hotspot even if it is never turned on. So you lose access even if you never turn it on. And the 4th person told us that it was a problem in our neighborhood! Nobody really knows anything; BOOST really does not care about customers or their experiences. This is only one of several times when BOOST failed to address a problem.
