They told me it's over their 90 days warranty and there is nothing they can do (now is July). Lesson learned... this site sells fake goods. Their shipping is uneven... sometimes things arrive earlier than they tell you at purchase and you may not be home to receive, often they are late and the delays can be lengthy. They also pack and ship the wrong items too often. Two lessons i've learned over the years--always check prices on other websites, as sometimes amazon or overstock every day prices are lower (mostly for home stuff not clothing). Their customer service is pretty responsive and good, an example would be there was one time I made an order, but soon found out the size is wrong, I tried to contact the customer service and cancel the order, and they replied within 5 minutes and helped cancel the order without charging my card! However I've never purchased any expensive items except for a Ferragamo bag for my mom. Super good quality.
