I'm still waiting for a $79.99 comforter set/ other orders that I purchased from choxi, formerly nomorerack the choxi site is nowhere to be found... I need a customer service #... Does anyone know what name they are going under these days? If their reading this please credit my credit card back for my orders I trusted these sites and it's not rite...
Date of experience: March 9, 2017They gave me free shipping automatically, without my picking which discount I want. I picked my 10 dollars off and, a 15 percent off. They said I could not use these together yet decided to let me. I paid and have a receipt. Today I get a new receipt 10 dollars more! Really? Anyone can just take funds from your bank accounts with out permission at whatever price they chose? This is Balderdash!
Date of experience: September 21, 2015I have been shopping with nomorerack/choxi for 2 years or more. When nomorerack changed it name to choxi, the problem started. I wouldn't getting the items I orders I, but I did get a full refund from them. Now their website is down. They had some real nice stuff. I hope they get their act together.

I ordered some Uggs boots from here in December 2013 but they had sold out but my money was refunded in 2 days. I ordered from jewelry to household products and I always received my things before my estimated shipping date and never had a problem with my things! I give this site 2 thumbs up!

Date of experience: October 27, 2015I have ordered at least 6 or 7 times, and I have loved every single item I received. My very first order I received an email thanking me for trying them and I was so impressed. No one ever does that! Only 1 time did an item take a couple of days longer, but when I called they were very helpful and told me why there was a short delay! I will continue to shop through them and can't wait to order for Christmas!
Tip for consumers:Give them a try I did and always get compliments on items I've ordered! Especially my yoga leggings!

Date of experience: September 13, 2014Purchased a pair of boots and after opening the big envelope they were in, To my horror, found the box to be beaten all to hell, crushed and looking like they had been stored in a warehouse for years. Worst packaging I have ever seen.

Date of experience: November 18, 2014Ordered boots the day after Thanksgiving. Here it is 4 weeks later (claim they will ship in 2-3 weeks) and my order still is "processing". Have read several reviews stating the same thing. Stay away from this site if you hope to get your items on time.
Date of experience: December 16, 2012DO NOT order from this site, you will regret it. Must be some 12 yr old trying to operate a business out of his bedroom. You get billed immediately upon ordering, but don't expect delivery for at least 30 days. Same goes for returns/refunds. Been waiting nearly 4 weeks now. Credit card company is handling it now.
Merchandise is inferior quality. Customer service a joke. One excuse after another. Stick with reputable websites with a proven track record of great customer service and decent merchandise.
Date of experience: January 11, 2013They advertise cheap items as luxury pieces. I am still trying to resolve a return issue which has taken about 20 email exchanges, so far. Too many issues to go into. Lots of their items can be found for about the same price on Amazon or Ebay. I would definitely order through one of those companies in the future.
Date of experience: January 7, 2013I am very mad and upset. I ordered 4 7" google android tablets from nomorerack.com for my grandchildren for christmas. When the product arrived it had a European plug. I don't know if they noticed or not but i have an AMERICAN address. This should have been noted somewhere before i purchased this device. When my grandchildren (ages 6-12) powered up their tablets there were pictures of penises and vaginas all over the screen. They were all filled with pornography! Tell me how am I supposed to take these images out of my grandchildren"s minds? I hate you nomorerack! Obviously not a place to purchase things for children or anybody else. Don't buy from them! Buyer beware. Fraudulent. I haven't received any help with this issue. Only canned responses! RIDICULOUS!

Date of experience: December 8, 2013I ordered two, 7" tablets from nomorerack via an advertisement I saw on Facebook, approximately 3 days before Thanksgiving for my 5 year old niece and myself, as a backup.
I received the first tablet 2 weeks later, then began reading and "buying" into the negative reviews on this thread. So, I began contacting the Nomorerack email. I conversed with Karen H. And Kristine who separately assured me that my tablets had
Been delivered, but I oh course, disputed that I'd only received one.
I thanked them both for their help and stated that I'll wait.
Well, today, one week AFTER the delivery of Tablet #1, arrived Tablet #2!
I opened the first tablet to try it out and realized that it came out of the box ready to use. Everything worked fine, including the camera, which isn't much to write about.
However, to a 5 year old, it's just fine.
So far, I'm very pleased.
Date of experience: December 10, 2013I have ordered from this site multiple times everything from iPad accessories to jewelry. I even took the jewelry to a local jewelers and it was 100% as advertised on the site. I have been using this website for a very long time and have never had issues with ordering, shipping, or "false advertising!" Their return policy clearly states you will ONLY receive in store credit for returns made within so many days, so people complaining about that should have actually read their policies before ordering anything. Also, double ordering is a fault on consumer not the company; people need to be aware of what their clicking, instead of rushing through their order. I've recommended this site to many other people who too have loved it. I'm shocked at some of the complaints people are listing on here, most of them actually seem to be an error of their own not nomorerack's.
Date of experience: May 10, 2014I have not ordered anything from nomorerack primarily because the site is slow to navigate through. I put 3 items in my cart but when I went back the cart was empty. I really don't want to go looking for this stuff again. A lot of time it won't take my log in either. After reading the reviews, I think I'll stick with other sites like Ebay or Overstock.com.
Date of experience: December 2, 2013After many e-mails back and forth I was given a refund. It took weeks and perseverance, but at least I received a refund. I ordered 1,000 thread count sheets, The quality is very poor. The fabric is scratchy and when coming out of the washer the edges are frayed. Customer service would not allow me to return them. An example of companies who stand behind their products and customer satisfaction are Montgomery Wards and Lands End. I'm very disappointed in the product as well as customer service policies and will no longer trust nomoreracks for my online shopping needs

Date of experience: February 27, 2015I ordered 3 items from No More Racks, 1 (exercise equipment) never arrived, 1 (earrings) came broken, I did receive a bracelet in good shape. I called customer service they were so rude and unresponsive it was ridiculous. They acted like I was lying. After several hours of wasted e-mails and phone calls trying to resolve the matter, I gave up. If they need the $56.00 that badly they can keep it. No matter how good the deal seems my advise is run. This company is terrible, no integrity at all.

I am finished ever ordering from them. Big problem is a lot of articles are from China. Not what are shown or described. Then trying to get replacements/credit? Not good. Stay away from this site.
Date of experience: December 20, 2013I have placed many orders through this site. The longest it took to get anything was 10 days. I research everything prior to making any purchases, especially a hi dollar item. If you bought something and found it cheaper elsewhere, how is it their fault? Do your own homework and you will not feel slighted. I have been mostly thrilled by my buys. The gel nail kit should have come with all items necessary, but I bought it with the knowledge that I would need to supplement.

So glad I did but also disappointed. I really wanted that stuff, but, I guess some of the prices do seem too good to be true. Sad. I was hoping this was more like Zulily, love that place, but more stuff for grown ups. It's shocking to see so many 1 star reviews for nomorerack. Oh, well. I am a great internet shopper but it doesn't look like they will get my money unless they straighten up their act.
Date of experience: May 2, 2013Another site that offers a variety of items at extremely low cost under the premise that the buyer is purchasing directly from the manufacturer. The site does hold up it end on some great deals but a majority of the items presented are just low quality junk. Just like every other site like this on the web, it can be very hit and miss. Some items can be really good whereas others not so much. Shipping is cheap and relatively fast. Although I have heard from other buyers that their purchases came a lot later than stated. I have never had to deal with customer services or make a return but I honestly won't be using this site anymore because I don't think they really offer great products. If you're still interested, be very careful of what and how much you buy.

This is our Christmas present to ourselves so I'm going to keep my fingers crossed that I am not posting a disgruntled message here in the near future. I will keep everyone updated on the status of the order. This is only my second purchase from them. The first item was a flashlight that came without ever getting an email with tracking info. Wish me luck peeps...
