I purchased a case for my phone. It did not fit correctly. I contacted them by email. It took two days for them to respond. Now they say if i pay for shipping they will send another item. All these products are from China! I will never do business with this company again. Making me pay for shipping again will not work for me. No live agents! The shipping cost more than the product!
