I purchased a case for my phone. It did not fit correctly.
I contacted them by email. It took two days for them to respond. Now they say if i pay for shipping they will send another item. All these products are from China! I will never do business with this company again.
Making me pay for shipping again will not work for me. No live agents!
The shipping cost more than the product!
Tip for consumers:You get what you pay for. This company states the retail price and then shows a huge discount. The discount price is actually what the product is worth!
Products used:The product was deformed. I did not use it!
Then the company said I had to pay for shipping, again! Their products look ok on their website but the quality is poor. The fact that you cannot speak with an agent is a big turn off! Even their text with an agent does not work. They are never there to engage. Strictly by email. How could a company this big not be willing to pay for shipping when their product is faulty!

Of course, that was prior to my need to return an item that's not worked out for me and that's where it all fell apart. Their customer service is beyond horrible there isn't a word to describe it. Heed the warnings about this company, people! Do not do business with them or its at your own risk.

"Free" w purchase recharger was crap and didn't even plug into my IPhone 11. Phone case was bulky and ugly—returned for refund May 16, sent 2 emails along w photos of shipping labels and heard no reply. After 3rd email Demanding refund got notice of refund October 14,5 months later! Minus shipping and restocking fees. Would NEVER recommend this company!
Date of experience: October 15, 2020DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 10 cases for my employees cell phones and only one came in the mail. I waited thinking it will come later but it never did. I reached out to them about the issue and they asked to see the packaging. Who keeps the packaging in this era of E commerce? Nobody who isnt a hoarder. This is clearly their tactic to take advantage of people. Never ever ever order anything from this company unless you want to be extremely frustrated and a few hundred dollars short on a product. Good luck

Date of experience: July 23, 2021I am totally disappointed in Cellular Outfitters. What has happened to this company? In the past, I have ordered 3 other phone cases from this company and never had a problem with returning or receiving wonderful customer service. I ordered my 4th phone case about 10 days ago and I am totally dissatisfied with service and the "no return" policy. The phone case I ordered does not have the hole cut out where the phone camera lens is located. It is totally useless. I went online to see what I could do to rectify this problem, and I was directed some place where I was going to be charged $5.00 to ask a question. This is bizarre. I will NEVER do business with this company again and I certainly will tell my friends to avoid this company. This company's policy is totally unacceptable as far as I am concerned.

Cellular Outfitters chose to ignore me and when I threatened BBB, they responded with a generic email. All I want is my money back. Over 5 months later and nothing! $50 down the drain. I will NEVER order from here again and I spent a good amount of money on this site
Date of experience: April 12, 2023I only ordered from CellularOutfitter because they advertise "90 Day Returns". It's an icon next to: "Fast Fulfillment" and "Secure Checkout" icons. Now that I want to return an item, their "policy" found on the website is that they "do not accept returns or exchanges". They say if you have a problem contact *******@cellularoutfitter.com- well guess what, emails come back "undeliverable" "mailbox full". Also, they show an icon for paying with PayPal! But when you check out, it's credit card, ShopPay or Gpay only and the "more" ways to pay does not indicate PayPal.
Tip for consumers:Just realize that they are lying about various services they advertise.

Date of experience: August 8, 2023I ordered a Samsung Note 10 phone case from their website which displayed $3.99 and offered free shipping, just for me to put my card details and pay I was charged $9.59 in total close to $6 of shipment.
I ordered February 27th 2022, and up till now March 12th, 2022, my order has not been delivered no update on when it would be delivered, no contact phone number just contact email of one "Anette" who responded to my mail that she would get back in 48hours maximum on my order. It is more than 1 week after the timeframe she proposed and there has been no update. It is 0 stars for me. These people ''cellularoutfitter.com'' are crooks never do business with them!

The Bluetooth piece had soft ear buds that comfortably fits into your ears without causing any interruptions. The Bluetooth connectivity is very appropriate and can easily able to handle the device in travelling also. Bought this for good price.

Date of experience: March 17, 2021Paid $13.97 extra to get my order in 2-3 days. Day 4 and it hasn't left the warehouse yet. I get faster shipping form China.
Update: Now they're sending me a completely different tracking number and a link to their hidden shipping and handling policy that is not readily available when one orders. They claim 2-3 day shipping but don't tell you that's after they spend several days "processing".
I've attached the portion of my order confirmation that states Priority 2-3 day shipping (which they've started to claim is 3-5 days).
Tip for consumers:Don't do it! Buy from a more reputable company.

After having over $8 added to my charge for shipping, without first stating so on the website, I waited over a week and my items had not yet shipped. I emailed the company and the next day they responded by apologizing and letting me know that the item I ordered was out of stock and that I could pick another and they would ship it right away. OK? I ordered several items, two of which were cases. So which was out of stock? I suppose I could just guess.
The bottom line was that the web site CLEARLY indicated that the items I ordered were, in fact, in stock. You, being Cellular Outfitters, probably ran out because it takes you over a week to even ship things. Get your stuff together. This is almost laughable how bad this is.
It will probably be weeks before I am refunded, if ever. The email told me they were standing by, waiting for my response. Stupid me, I assumed they would reply.

They have countless thousands of accessories, for your specific phone model, at incredibly low prices.
I have ordered many times and have never been disappointed.

With a little care you will receive extremely high quality items for your phone at a fraction of the regular prices. This photo is of an i Phone case I received for just $19.99. Date of experience: January 27, 2017If you want feel ashamed, do business with Cellular Outfitter. Be aware, Dishonest, Contact phone number (which never connect), NO live chat, get response to email after you followup 3-4 times, that too very ridiculous replies.
I order a items, which has no shipping charges information until final review and ordered. Until I hit 'Submit' order button, will see only item charges. I got to know only after I got credit card bill. I do shopping online a lot since long, but could not see any retailers does such kind of business by hiding charges, give shocks to their genuine customer.
When I'm trying to return the items thru website, as expected it say - will get items price only, where and what about my Shipping charges?
Now there is only one communication channel, i. E. email. You just wait and rely on their replies. For any your questions, they will reply same all times - very ridiculous.

Requested refund online got an email next day saying to wait for return instructions in 1-2 business days. Now 10 days later and 3 emails still no response. Tried phone call, says not receiving calls. After second email I got a generic response telling me to go to website to there EASY return site.
Paid thru pay pal so will try them next but by the sounds of these reviews don't hold up much hope.
Will never use or recommend again.

Cannot find chat... e-mail response... informed me about shipping... when I clearly indicated a cancellation as I know the product hasn't been shipped... 4 emails later. And they are completely ignoring my request. From now on... I'm going with Amazon.

Tip for consumers:Be very patient and ignore volume of wrong emails you will receive during fulfillment and shipping. I suspect the company changed hands since I last used them and the new owners are mucking it up.

No response. I will dispute charge on from my credit card company and never use them again. Plenty of other reputable sources on the net.

How an $8 item ends up costing $23 after shipping and handling is beyond me. Then forget trying to cancel because contacting anyone is like pulling teeth. I'm pretty sure that the 5 star reviews are people who work for the company. This company is a joke.

The Samsung "fast charger" ordered only months ago worked sporadically but now doesn't charge at all--not even a slow charge when connected all night long. Based on the customer service reviews posted by others, I've decided not to even bother returning my charger, since it's doubtful I'd ever receive a refund. Gwen B
Date of experience: May 6, 2017Like many others, I was misled into believing that they are a wholesale business and their prices were exceptional and priced very low.
Unfortunately, I didn't do any research of this company or price comparisons. I only compared them to Verizon and that contrast was all I seemed to need. I really wish I had read these reviews beforehand. I have experienced all of the problems that everyone here has who did not receive their product.
The shipping charges a very deceptive and should be considered fraud. You don't know what they are until you have entered your credit card information. And they are astronomical and deceptively advertised as USPS priority mail. Absolutely a lie. The product doesn't leave the facility for close to a week and then gets stuck at the shipping partner's facility which is actually some very very cheap long term shipping partnership called UPS innovations. Definitely not USPS priority mail as advertised.
The tracking information rarely gets updated. And isn't even accurate. My package was estimated to be here two days ago. Where is it?
They responded once to my complaint about the deceptive shipping charges. Even reimbursed me for half, I think. After that I got one response when I raised concern about my product still being in California when it was supposed to be delivered.
I do not have my product. No more responses. Is this fraud?
I will give them one compliment. The first person who got back to me seemed very considerate. Then a train wreck from there. I'm not happy.
Tip for consumers:Do a price comparison of Amazon. Read reviews of other people's experiences. Search for the page that tells you the shipping and handling charge. They are not as transparent about it as they need to be but its there...somewhere. This is my first bad experience shopping online. I learned a lot.

I submitted my order and got a receipt for $. 99 PLUS $5.99 for shipping and could not go back to edit my order. I called customer service, they don't take incoming phone calls. The live chat option does not work and I also sent an email with my concern. I would like a full refund and I will purchase the charger from somewhere else.
