The product never arrived. So I contacted customer service on January 23rd. They told me that since it was passed the delivery date they would reorder. I called again on February 3rd to verify the progress on my new order. The rep told me that it had not successfully processed in the warehouse. He told me that they can only reorder once. I was told he could refund my money and I could order again. I told him I was not going to reorder. I found the product at Macy's, and it was 20 dollars cheaper. (They we're running a sale). I don't blame customer service. They are only doing there job. Somebody higher up needs to find out what the problem is in the warehouse. I chose a sample, placed the order and my payment was processed. The next day or a couple of days later, I recieved a PARTIAL refund. Turns out that the item I ordered is not in stock but Laura Mercier charged me approximately $6 for the sample. The sample arrived and it's TINY. Also, the eyeshadow I ordered (Morning Dew) is still on the website and the fact that it's not in stock is not disclosed. I tested this by ordering again, this time without selecting a sample. Beware of the sample offer and know that your purchased item may not be in stock.
