I called Clarks thinking the rep may be able to help me process return+exchange waiving the $5 deduction since I'll be exchanging, she become impatient and then hanged up on me. I had to return them on 29/09 and until today, 20/10 I still haven't received the refund. I contacted customer support several times and they tell me that the case is complex and they are dealing with it. I don't understand how returning an item can be so complex that it takes 1 month to refund the customer. Their customer service is great and will tell you how to protect your shoes, quality has never been a problem with me, infact for my slightly wide feet, their standard D size works great.
