I have heard a lot of good opinion about Too Faced and their cosmetics. So I finally decided to try it out myself! Must admit, the variety of products was stunning but the thing I wanted most was the Better Than Sex Mascara. You have to believe the reviews online - its amazing! Plus, the shipping was so fast! But steer clear of their website. They will give you shade recommendations based on other products, but they don't match. I decided to pop into Sephora less than an hour after placing an order to check the shade match, and it was soooo bad. I tried to update my order or change it (less than an hour later) and they only give you 30 minutes to make changes and customer service wouldn't help. So when I received it in the mail, I immediately initiated a return through the chat. That took an HOUR. They received my return 11 days ago and I'm still waiting for my refund. I won't purchase through the website ever again.I recently purchased the Too Faced eyeshadow palette and I am absolutely in love with it! The colors are so vibrant and blend seamlessly. The packaging is also stunning and makes me happy every time I use it. I've received so many compliments on my eye makeup since I started using this palette. Some of their prouducts are hit or miss, the dewy finish foundation is oily and makes me break out (I think it's discontinued now) but their peach perfect foundation is my go-to. Their melted matte lipstick has beautiful colors but easily smears. Overall, I love their prouducts and have had mostly great experiences. I've seen people on here slamming the company over the CEO's personal stances. For context, the CEO fired their sister from the company for her anti-trans statements. I'm all for holding people accountable for their words so they can take more of my money. Prouducts are rather pricey, but they are quality and the company seems to really care about finding what works and maintaining their standard. Tip for consumers:Pricey but nicey, some of their prouducts are experimental, but most are tried and true. Better than sex mascara, and perfect peach foundation and concealer are cult classics. I spent 5 days trying to reach customer support before I finally got through to them. I was very upset at this point but the next day they shipped a replacement package, so I was relieved by that. I even took a video of me opening it and sure enough, another empty package. I immediately reached out to customer support for the second time, and the response was completely unintelligible.
