My daughter got me a gift card from them. The process to use it was so complicated I couldn't get it to work even after getting assistance 3 times. My daughter tried to recoup her money but they said I spent $50 on the gift card which never happened. DON"T TRUST THIS COMPANY!
Date of experience: October 16, 2024I ordered 3 t-shirts in a Women's Medium, my usual size. While I loved the designs, the material was a big disappointment. They are made of a really thin cotton, which I don't like. They feel really cheap. For $75, I expected quality merchandise, which these are not. In addition, just know they run REALLY small, definitely not regular U.S. sizing. So now I have to exchange them Super-annoying. If I didn't like the designs so much, I would just return them

Tip for consumers:SIZING IS WAY OFF. MAYBE THEIR FACTORY IS IN CHINA, WHERE SIZING IS SO MUCH SMALLER THAN THE U.S.? UNFORTUNATELY, I DID NOT LOOK THIS UP OR SEARCH FOR REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASE.

I ordered a demon slayer shirt. Are your employees $#*!ed? They don't check the quality or condition of the shirt before sending it off? I'm reporting this business to the BBB.

Date of experience: July 7, 2023My shipping email contained an invalid tracking number and when I emailed them to get my real tracking number, they proceeded to constantly tell me it was USPS that caused the issue instead of resolving the issue that was actually caused by them. I don't recommend buying from this company.

They have taken my money but have never sent me my items, I can't get a human to answer my quieries just an automated response to everything. Can't even get a refund. Not sure where the Humans are in this place! Shame on all of you who work there, hope you Christmas is crap.

Date of experience: August 16, 2021I love the designs and shirts. However, unfortunately, a tax gets slapped onto the delivery (even for private use). Since you cannot pay the tax in advance, you have to pay an additional fee of 25€. Altogether, for a package with shirts worth 150€ I had to pay an extra of 75€ in tax. In addition you have to pay FEDEX which turns out to be an additional headache (no customer service, there seems to be a mistake that my transfer wasn't received). This is sad, because I really like the shirts, but it is simply not worth it if you want to ship to outside of the US.
Tip for consumers:Don't do international shipping.

Date of experience: November 28, 2021Even though the tshirts are made in Mexico, they size like they were made in China. Depending on where I buy, I can wear a L or an XL. I've never had to buy an XXL. But all the shirts I ordered from DBH were *at least* one size smaller than the XL purchased. I washed the shirts once, and they are real tight around the arms, chest, and gut. I'm returning them all! It's a shame, too. I really liked the designs I purchased. Now the artists won't get their money, DBH won't make their money, and I have no shirts.
Tip for consumers:Buy at least one size larger.

Date of experience: August 2, 2022I just wanted you to know that I refuse to order from your site. You're disingenuous and you misrepresent yourself.
First your shirts are generally overpriced. Then you "generously" offer sign up discounts, site sales, and free shipping as a reward for ordering extra, but then you renege on so of that at checkout.
GROSSLY UNLIKE OTHER SITES your free shipping doesn't stack, even though it's quantity based. I can excuse not combining sales, but generally when you offer a "first time" bonus for signing up, you honor that bonus on top, bc I traded my email for a discount.
You don't do any of that.
It's very disappointing. I DID NOT make s purchase based on this.
Tip for consumers:Beware that absolutely NO offers or discounts nor free shipping offers stack.

Date of experience: October 5, 2023We love the designs but the "Perfect Tee" isnt holding up. We wash our shirts on cold, delicate. We have a lot of other t-shirts and dress shirts that have held perfect shape for years. But every one of our "Zuni" brand "Perfect Tee" shirts have twisted. The graphic is no longer centered or straight. All of them have twisted in the exact same direction. Meaning the graphic is now distorted and wraps around the body, instead of hanging straight. We are very disappointment in this because we love the art work, but the shirts twisted in less than 3 washes.

You will write to them begging them to for-the-love-of-god STOP sending you junk emails. They will cheerily reply that they sure will, but they WILL NOT. Date of experience: May 15, 2019My order - of SIX t-shirts, no less... at a price tag of 25$ a piece, was more than 2 weeks late vs. Their "estimated delivery date". Their customer service when I inquired about status was terrible - long, convoluted senseless answer 4+ days later. I had to insist to get an answer. Tshirts arrived too late for a Christmas gift. They looked great at first (good cotton quality, funny designs). But once washed - following their instructions! Some large stains and white stripes appeared... truly bad quality, on a shirts. Their customer service responded more than a week post complaint. Asked me to send back all shirts at my expense, but ONLY if they "hadn't been washed"!... to have an EXCHANGE. No apologies, no nothing. Not even an offer for a partial refund. Do NOT recommend. Despicable quality and customer service.

Date of experience: July 13, 2021The t-shirts are incredibly thin, ran small based on their sizing information, and short, so that when they get washed they will probably shrink to a children's size and look like a bib. No response to e-mail support from them. It's been days. No telephone number anywhere on their website to call for customer service should tell you everything you need too know about them.

I placed an order a few weeks ago and want to return two of the t-shirts. As of today, I have sent 4 emails and NO ONE has responded. They advertise that returns are allowed but require that you send them an email only for them to not respond. If I don't hear back from them in the next few days, I'm going to contact consumer affairs.
Date of experience: June 10, 2020I ordered a tee shirt Jan. 10,2021. It arrived in a timely manner and the quality of the T-shirt itself was good. The graphic of the cat falling through a pocket was not. It had a noticeable light streak through it. I emailed twice giving them 2 weeks each time to respond. Other than an immediate email each time, acknowledging my query and saying it might be quite a while before they could get back to me, I have yet to hear anything. It's been at least a 6 wks. I'm sorry I ordered without doing my homework first. There was no place to leave a review on their website that I could find. It's too bad because the designs are fun and different.

Date of experience: March 7, 2021I've been wanting to order from them for a long time, but decided to finally go for it when they had a "buy one, get one 50% sale". I just got them in the mail today and so far I really like them. They seem true to size. I'm 5'5" and 160 lbs and typically wear a large in womens. I was dubious about sizing, so I ordered a man's L perfect fit tee and a woman's 2X scoop neck (I'd rather have something too baggy than too small). The men's L fits perfectly and the 2xl fits like a 2xl should - so I'm guessing a woman's L would have fit me just right. I haven't washed them, but if they don't hold up to my expectations (shrinkage, fading, etc), I will update this review. The only negative thing I have to say is that one of the designs appears less vibrant than on the site, but, as an amateur photographer, I can understand that. It still looks great.
Date of experience: October 27, 2018Let me start by saying that I've ordered from here for years with no issue. This last order I received shirts where all of the art was printed extremely small and not representative of the pictures on the site. After reading the reviews here, I felt like I was screwed and it wouldn't be rectified. I emailed them, 3 days later they responded, and a couple weeks later they'd replaced the shirts with the art printed as it should have been.
Because of all the negativity here, I felt obligated to share my story that started with a mistake but ended with good customer service. I really like this site and the service they offer so I was glad to see them follow through.
I will admit though, that with the different colors you will get different brands of shirts at times. They don't all fit the same and that can be frustrating. They could benefit from sourcing all of their shirt colors from a single manufacturer for consistency.
I've uploaded photos of the original and new shirt for the skeptical people. I'm generally skeptical so I understand the mindset.
