Not very pleased will probably not do any business with them in the future. I prefer to pay a little more and actually get my parts at a reasonable time. Service Date of experience: February 11, 2022I ordered Rox risers for my Triumph Tiger. Their price was good, so I thought how hard can it be. Wrong. The website showed an image and description that was the right fit. This is not what I received. Same run around as everyone one else here, so I won't bore you with the details. My solution was to contact Rox directly. No manufacturer wants a distributer to hurt their brand reputation. I emailed Rox and they said they would send me what I needed and talk to cycleplicity. I received my parts in two days and sent them the parts I had received. I was still out what I paid cycleplicity, but Rox charged me nothing. I would still be trying to get my money back had it not been for Rox stepping in and doing the right thing. My point here is talk to the manufacturer. If they all deny cycleplicity the ability to distribute their products, it will put them out of business and no one will have to deal with this again.
