It will not acknowledge that it misrepresented itself and did not explain it was a third party. They pretended to represent the Grand Hyatt Hotel in San Francisco. After learning that HotelPlanner was charging almost $200 more per night for a room I cancelled the reservation and booked the room directly with the hotel. Calls to HotelPlanner (they answer the phone "reservations " pretending to be the hotel) for 2 weeks now about refunding my money have yielded no results. Beware of being ripped off by HotelPlanner! They found me a room last minute, booked it with a confirmation email and text message the day of the concert in Ashland Ky. Drove from Cincinnati, OH to Grayson KY about 20 miles from Ashland. The hotel they booked for me has been booked since November of last year! Drove home, missed concert because we had no place to get ready 3 hrs away!
