I'm really disappointed. I order a pair expecting them to be durable and long-lasting, but they're already showing signs of wear and even a crack in the sole. Not sure if I'd buy from you again.
Date of experience: November 7, 2024I went to customer service on Saturday and Sunday knowing that of course they were closed but to try to ensure I could get the promotional offer still, however, today (Wednesday) when they get back to me they were rude and short and kept telling me the obvious. We were closed, well duh, but half of your promotional items were not working and I have screenshots of that as well, so instead of help I got the same responses over or that Im basically incompetent in my reading ability to know which were supposed to be included.
Tip for consumers:Customer service goes a long way, if you'd like to keep returning customers would probably look into that a bit.

Date of experience: August 21, 2024I bought the kadee flip 1 year ago and this item broke while walking. If I was walking a bit faster I would have fallen and hurt myself. I reached out to customer service hoping they could send a replacement however they were only willing to give a 15% discount. For a worldwide brand that would risk selling faulty products with so resolution for their product is a shame. I have purchased so many products and spoke so highly over the years.but today they have lost a loyal customer and any future recommendations.

Date of experience: December 7, 2023With a household of six of us, I have purchased MANY pairs of Crocs over the years. I have had countless pairs break, and because they only warranty them for 90 days I have had no recourse but to buy new ones. This last time, the button that holds the strap onto the shoe cracked and broke. It would take pennies for the company to send me a new button so I could fix them. They refused. I know these are trendy now, but they just break way too much for how much they cost and I will know longer be buying them.

The store refuses to replace them saying they only have a 15 day policy.
Crocs, when contacted, says they will not do anything as the store is a third party seller.
What? It's a Crocs store.
$#*!ty customer service for crappy flips.
Never again!
You'll be sorry if anything happens as you will receive no compensation for your money spent.
So unacceptable Crocs, you shouldn't be in business with your lack of concern to product quality and customer care.

Yet for some reason your system failed to give UPS the appt address so they listed it as insufficient address. Now I'm waiting for my $70 to be returned to me so I can "place another order". It's inconvenient but I figure I can't order from yall again because it's probably going to do the same thing. List my address as insufficient even though it's correct! I live in a fairly popular place. It's not a weird address and I get things delivered with no issues all the time. Somehow y'all screwed it up…I am extremely disappointed and irritated by this. Thanks for nothing.

My order was placed and shipped on 12/4 with estimated delivery of 12/17 which has come and gone two days ago and my order has still not arrived. The item I ordered is a Christmas gift for my grand daughter and I am most unhappy about this situation. I won't ever do business with Crocs again!

Date of experience: December 19, 2023I visited the store in the Gloucester Premium Outlets and the customer service was so uncomfortable. My family and I were never greeted/attended to like the rest of the uppity people that walked in, AFTER us. As I was checking out, I asked the cashier a question about my purchase bc I didn't understand how the buy 2 get 2 free worked when my purchase seemed a lil higher than expected. She acted like I was asking a stupid question. Isn't that part of their job description, to answer questions? I literally observed how nice her and the other girl were to all the other guests that look the "part". I guess thats what you would call it.
It was my day off and I could've been dressed a little nicer but I am an exhausted mother of two, I work full time and on my day off I just said eff it. I just didnt know it would effect the workers and how they treat people. And it actually bothered me a lot more than it should have. So, here I am telling the internet about it.

It might have cost the $2.00.

Date of experience: February 27, 2024I like some Crocs I got years ago. They were supportive, comfortable, & useful. They were quality items that lasted. They tended to be roomy or wide.
Since then, counterfeit Crocs popped up, especially on Amazon. They could be a somewhat different size and shape from the authentic Crocs in that size and model, and not fit. Neither Crocs or Amazon are stopping the counterfeits. They could. Amazon might sell some directly?
The Crocs that fit me before say Women's 4, which I think isn't an an American shoe size? I normally wear an American 6. Lately, I find Crocs online that are supposed to be "American Women's Size 4" but I don't think that a real size. Some Crocs women's 4 slides I just ordered from a third party site are too small.
For a year or more I've tried to order a pair of Crocs off their website at Croc.com. I find it user-unfriendly. Today I managed to make an order but my payment was spit out six times. That isn't normal for me. Am I mistaken, or was the form transposing or eating digits of my card numbers?
I tried to find info on local Crocs stores online. My search led me to a part of Crocs.com where the individual stores are listed. When I put in ny city & state, I kept being redirected to a state 2,000 miles away. Then I was redirected to stores in Europe. Finally I found the stores near me. It looked like I could shop & pay online but would have to pick up in person.
Crocs used to be a kind of clunky European? Shoe company that had useful, quality items. It appears to be becoming a sh*#show.
Date of experience: June 6, 2024I bought some size 4j crocs for my 9 year old daughter's birthday...I ordered 1 set of jibbitz and 2 sets of mystery jibbitz...first set i picked came before the shoes...second and 3rd mystery jibbitz came with the crocs...when i opened the package to put it in the birthday bag crocs had put a pair of disney gay pride jibbitz in with my little girls shoes...why on earth anyone would think that is ok to put in and obvious childs order is beyond me...after reaching out to customer service through chat because they wont answer the phone.i was told that they understood but it was my fault for buying the mystery pack...id understand this if they were wrapped in non revealing packaging but these are blatantly loud and proud in their package...i was told no returns online and i could exchange them at my nearest crocs store.i live nowhere near a crocs store.when i asked why they would think this was ok they disconnected chat...ill never do business with them ever again

Amazingly, when I threatened legal action, I received a tracking number. However, USPS says only the label was created, nothing has been shipped.

Date of experience: April 24, 2021So my dad had a pair of these years ago and I found myself putting these on for household tasks whenever I went over to his house.
I got married this summer, so now that I can start letting myself go I decided to order a pair for myself. They're great. Super lightweight and comfortable. The only gripe I have is that they run a little big. I wear a size 10.5 and, based on other reviews, I ordered a size down. Even the size 10's fit best with socks. Still very comfortable though.
If you find yourself at a point in life where you want comfortable shoes and don't have to impress anyone - I highly recommend these.
Date of experience: December 13, 2020We purchased several pairs of Crocs from an outlet store while on vacation. After getting home we realized one of the pairs was too large (our mistake). However, we have no path for returning them for a refund or exchange, except to travel hundreds of miles to another Croc's owned retail store. Croc's online will not take returns or do exchanges from retail purchases--even though a return of this type would require the customer to pay shipping (see online return policy). Anyone buying Croc's far from home should be cockeyed sure of their purchase, because for those living far away from a Croc's owned store there is a defacto non-return policy for unused products if they don't fit, or you just want to exchange them for a different pair.

Date of experience: March 24, 2021Do not waste your time or money! On 9/14/19 I placed an order, the crocs I chose were on sale for 44.99, originally 49.99. But every time I added them to my cart it charged me full price. I placed my order anyway and figured I would reach out to customer service. Since then these crocs have went onto clearance for 29.99. Worst mistake I've ever made. As of 9/23/19 I've sent 3 emails, spoke with 3 representatives and did an online chat, Just to be told there is nothing they can do. "They don't price match" although I have screenshots of the price of sale the day I placed the order & a screenshot of the price 4 days later.

When that many people who have been there for YEARS gets fired/quits it's probably an issue with their boss, not them. Lack of support, and obvious attempts at trying to force people to quit.

I could see if I had left them next to a campfire, but just outside my door? Two sizes smaller?! There's something really wrong with this picture... so then tried calling CS, after 25 minutes on hold, with time to look up crocs customer reviews (jesus christ!) I realized this was going nowhere, so I hung up.

Date of experience: December 5, 2022Called crocs to talk to them about a defective pair of Toddler Crocs I bought for my grand daughter. They didn't help me at all and the rep could of cared less. I was sorry that I ruined her day by calling and making her work! The worst and I am never the one to leave a bad review. Shame on Crocs! My whole family wears crocs and I am not going to say that we won't buy them again but I will be cautious next time.
