No issues, prompt delivery and product was well-packaged with no damages. I liked that return sticker was included... just in case the shoe did not fit correctly. All was great. I will use this website again.
Date of experience: May 1, 2018I bought a $49.00 pair of boots that unfortunately didn't fit. DNA doesn't offer return labels so when I went to exchange the boots it cost me $36.00 to ship back due to the size and weight of the box. I wanted to exchange these for the right size (I wear size 8 and ordered 38 - which usually work for me) however I didn't want to risk those not fitting perfectly. I called the shop and explained everything. They are refunding my original cost but I nfortunately now I'm out $36.00. The worst part of all of this is the very same boots were available on Amazon for free shipping (versus $5 shipping on DNA site) and I could have exchanged for free. Lesson being unless you're going in to the shop to try these on don't risk buying online directly from DNA - as amazon is safer. Unfortunately this experience left a bad taste in my mouth so it's unlikely I would recommend this store to anyone.
Date of experience: March 10, 2019I hadn't bought myself new shoes, sneakers, and boots in a long time. My wife recommended DNAFootwear. All in all it was a very positive experience from start to finish. Sorting and comparing the different categories of shoes was pretty easy, ordering was painless, and they were shipped relatively quickly given how large an order it was. I would definitely use DNAFootwear again.

Need better sizes when it comes to Converse Women, always sell out

Place the next order, "sorry after further research, the item is too damaged. Here's a coupon. Order 3, "sorry, it's not in stock."

Date of experience: October 1, 2018I run an online store, so know it is just a matter of someone going in to the site and removing items which are no longer available. And then it took three days to figure out they didn't even carry what i ordered. Epic fail.

The reps are so warm, friendly and eager to assist. Lila made great suggestions based on my needs. No problems with my purchases and no problems with my one return. I've never heard of this store before but they now have a new lifetime customer. Thanks for the wonderful experience and merchandise.

I had a question prior to purchase and made a phone call (and get this), a real human answered the phone on ring number two, impressive. Overall a wonderful shoe buying experience! I really love my shoes! Will buy again from DNA in a heartbeat. Overly satisfied. Great company, great products!

Date of experience: April 4, 2017I am very satisfied with DNA Footwear. I ordered on line and received my shoes pretty much on time. I love the sneakers I got because you can' t find them in most stores. I had some trouble with the tracking of the package, but that was a problem with the post office. I would purchase from them again.

I was expecting a long automated system but it rang twice and I got a real live person! He switched the sizes out before it shipped and they arrived yesterday. Couldn't be happier! Will definitely be using DNA footwear for all my shoe shopping needs in the future.

Date of experience: December 5, 2017I ordered a pair of boots in size 6. DNA sent me a pair of boots in size 5. When I called to try to rectify the situation, the customer service rep repeatedly accused me of not knowing which size I needed, and of ordering the wrong size, even after admitting that the mistake was on their end. They did not have my correct size in stock. They sent me 2 incorrect return labels before sending the correct one. Huge waste of time. I will not shop with DNA online or in store again.

The problems started when I contacted customer service. What a nightmare. I will NEVER buy anything from DNA Footwear again. They don't seam to understand that satisfied customers equal profits.

Picked up a pair of NB running shoes for myself and theyre perfect as well, and both pairs were half price! Couldnt be happier!
