DNA doesn't offer return labels so when I went to exchange the boots it cost me $36.00 to ship back due to the size and weight of the box. I wanted to exchange these for the right size (I wear size 8 and ordered 38 - which usually work for me) however I didn't want to risk those not fitting perfectly. I called the shop and explained everything. They are refunding my original cost but I nfortunately now I'm out $36.00. The worst part of all of this is the very same boots were available on Amazon for free shipping (versus $5 shipping on DNA site) and I could have exchanged for free. Lesson being unless you're going in to the shop to try these on don't risk buying online directly from DNA - as amazon is safer. Unfortunately this experience left a bad taste in my mouth so it's unlikely I would recommend this store to anyone.
