I am pleased with this digital camera! I bought this as a gift for a friend who has a really poor quality camera phone. She loved it. Camera received quickly and is working very well. Seems to be good quality camera with clear picture and price was pretty good!

Many problems to contact them, and to return my money.
Avoid Focalprice. They are a pain in the $#*!.

They have a massive variety of items in their store and they offer attractive prices from phones, to charges to garden supplies to whatever you need. They have so many discounts and reduced prices for anyone to shop. Excellent overall!

Date of experience: December 21, 2012Its a very good and trusted e-commerce site that provides exactly what you've ordered. I have had three shipments done and there was no fault but just one wreckage which they resent after i sent them the proof of wreckage.
Tip for consumers:i think the shipping takes a little longer which they should work on.

Date of experience: December 4, 2014This company has the worst customer service ever. They made a mistake in my order (wrong item shipped, which happens. No big deal): it has been three months and 26 messages exchanged. They still haven't sent my item! They just drive you crazy, asking you the same questions over and over and replying as if they don't read what you write. Pay a few bucks more, and go order somewhere else!
Honestly, when you see positive review about them or their product, look at them closely...

I did contact the customer service and received timely informative replies. Their prices are the best I could find and they constantly have specially priced offers that can't be beat. I will be ordering from them very soon for family and friends.
Date of experience: November 29, 2013I have made 4 purchases from this site. Free shipping is slow (around a month). I once made a purchase that was over $400.00 and they forced me into a shipping service that cost around $40 dollars with no pre-warning. That still took 2 weeks to be delivered. Other than that the products are usually as described, prices are good. These are Chinese manufacture products so you get what you pay for.

Once I figured out I need to go to there web site to confirm they still would not ship my order until I sent a scanned image of my credit card..."just in case it was stolen"... uh, if I stole it how is sending them a image going to prove anything?
After reading some of these other stories I'd rather pay a few extra dollars and avoid the hassle and potential of no product and no refund.

If you need peace of mind, please stay away from them and buy from some other shop.

When I had problems with some products, they replied to me gently and solved the issue by giving me a discount coupon or even send the product again with no cost.
I recommend FocalPrice!

I don't usually write reviews especially bad ones but I am so disappointed by shopping from "focalprice" that I need to let people know about it!
I bought an android tablet from them which came defective. To cut the long story short, after two and a half months of e-mailing back and forth I haven't yet managed to get a refund. To be honest, I don't believe I will ever get one! The excuses these people can come up with are impossible, let alone that most of the time they reply with templates!
Unfortunately, there is only one advice I can give to people about focalprice! Don't buy from them!

A month later, I still don't have the items and it won't let me track my order because I have no confirmation email with the order number. I cannot sign in because apparently my "account does not exist" so I cannot even attempt to contact someone about this. Not like it would do much good anyway. Don't waste your time or money with this crap scam of a website.
Date of experience: November 22, 2013I ordered from FocalPrice.com three weeks ago, and I still haven't received a tracking # OR my package. WOW. Thank god I only bought a $7.00 hair accessory for myself and nothing for Christmas, or I'd be screwed right now. Plus, this site logs any uncompleted checkouts and emails you about them, so since I visited the checkout page twice to check on shipping charges without paying, I have two "unpaid orders" on my account that the site is STILL bugging me about.
This is the most horrible site I've ever ordered from, and I'll never use it again. It's Amazon from here on out, for sure.
Date of experience: December 13, 2013Worst website to buy goods. Quality of product is cheap even if you pay almost equal to branded goods. I bought a tablet I paid to close to what I would pay branded one and it stopped working in few months.
On contacting customer care, they kept me saying it is out of warranty however when I contacted manufacturer they said it is with 1 year warranty contact your retailer.
Focalprice.com customer service instead of repairing tablet were very sure that if I send my tablet to them it will get lost in transit - a better way to avoid responsibility. After months of conversation they never came to a point to solve the issue. I requested for company information to sue them they kept saying it is out of warranty and they can refund only $50 for $300 tablet.

Also, constantly held a variety of events and the distribution of coupons that can save you money.
Date of experience: May 15, 2013With this complete disorder sell on the internet and lack of monitoring, merchants like Focalprice would make millions by scamming Americans.
First, it took over two month for me to receive my tablet.
Then, the 170 tablet really worth maybe 20 bucks. The full charge holds about 15 minutes, wont work with many apps such as google mail, etc...
We exchanged many e-mails but no luck. Then they asked me to send it back to them which of course cost over 50 bucks to China. So I am stuck with a completely useless tablet which by the way it broke and wont even boot.
My advise, next time you are buying something online from strangers, ask if it is shipped from China.

The web is well designed, the user interface impressive; beautiful images and enough product details; orders are always shipped in 24 hours and their communiction really helps in case of problems. Strongly recommend guys to buy from them.
Date of experience: December 18, 2012Purchased a tablet PC from them for $63.99 payed via paypal. Item finally arrived 4 weeks later it was not as described (no rear camera) smashed due to poor packaging and had a non uk power supply. Tried to raise an RMA request via website but kept telling me my order number was invalid. Contacted them via the messaging facility. After sending them photo evidence, and about 60 messages they refused to give a refund unless I shipped the item back to them tracked at my expense this was more than 50% of the cost of the item.
Contacted paypal who also insisted that I return the item at my cost before a refund could be issued.
