    I ordered toilet safety rails for my wife who had a serious accident and paid extra for expedited 3-5 day delivery. She needs this for her independence. They shipped the wrong product by standard delivery; it took 3 weeks to arrive. I live less than 100 miles from their location. They refuse to ship the correct product until I return the wrong item. Using standard delivery in both directions it will be another month before my wife receives the safety rails. They are charging me $7.99 for the return. I will never use Collections again.     I ordered the Cardinal hand towels and Christmas paper plate set. Both came promptly and well packaged. Love the hand towels hanging from my kitchen drawers. I don't have a dishwasher, (gasp!), so I use paper whenever I can. This plate set isn't heavy duty, but I have plastic plate holders so that isn't a problem. It's very pretty though and comes with both size plates, napkins, and cups.
    I tried several times to register and have an account with you. It kept on rejecting me saying my email was in your account or something similar to that.
    They would not cancel an order I made or send it to another address. I tried to cancel 2 days before the item shipped but they said because it was "processed" they couldn't cancel it. BS. And to think I paid a "processing fee, yeh, to get screwed by them, twice. They said they would cancel the backordered item in the order, but they didn't do that either. From the past I know they also have a shady return policy, you get screwed yet again. Steer clear of them and their sister companies.     EVERY time I've ordered from you, I am NEVER able to check the status of my order or track it! NEVER! I put my order #, my last name, my zip, whatever! It goes right back to a blank page! I called and got nowhere! So, since you refuse to fix your system, I refuse to purchase from you ever again! There is NO EXCUSE for this! I can't get the status, I can't get a tracking number -- NOTHING! So at this point -- GOODBYE! YOUR LOSS!
    Collections Etc. is one of my favorite sites for seasonal home decor and interesting items that you can't easily find elsewhere for home or personal use. The company says your order will be received within 7-10 days of being placed, and it usually is, if what you've ordered is in stock. They are good about sending you email updates for items you've purchased that are on backorder. In my experience, their customer service is readily helpful and responsive to questions concerning ordering, receipt of damaged items, replacements, and refunds. Tip for consumers:READ the product description and the reviews. Many times I've gotten excited about an item before completely reading its description. Thankfully, in reading the reviews, someone will have commented on the size. Photos are often closeups, so, for instance, an item that appears to be 5" x 7" may actually be 1.5" x 3". If you want cotton towels, bed linens, shirts, etc., READ the description of the item's content, which may or may not be cotton. Products used:Collections Etc. has various offers that reduce shipping costs. The last time I returned something it was for a replacement item, not a refund. It's been years since I returned something for a refund, and I don't remember the details. I've generally been very satisfied with the quality of the products I've purchased. To limit my disappointment in quality, size, functionality, etc., I read the product description and the reviews and I compare prices (and read any reviews) of the exact or similar item with other sellers before purchasing. Sometimes, the price of an item I'm especially interested in is higher than I can or want to pay. It's risky, but if you can, wait. The price will likely decrease.     I have been looking for a special solar daisy and butterfly light for my nieces grave. I did order one from someone else but they cancelled the order saying they didn't have it anymore. I remembered I usually find the nicest things for family graves here. I looked around the site, found the perfect bouquet set and it is even more beautiful in person. Next time I will look on Collections Etc. first!
    I received an item in my order that was of poor quality. I don't believe the item should have passed inspection nor sent to me this way. I called to voice my dissatisfaction. I was told I could send it back at my expense for a full refund or get a credit for half the cost. I don't believe I should pay anything for a poor product. I received a return label but am not returning it.
    I ordered pj's and also a small electric frying pan. These will be gifts to two "seniors". I was especially interested in the frying pan, as my friend lives in assisted living and only has a microwave to cook with. I thought the frying pan would give her the opportunity to cook a hamburg, grilled cheese, fry an egg or something like that. Iam sure they will love their pj's too!
    I received the extra-thick foam cushion, but still haven't received the tablecloths - neither one. Their shipping is horrible - it takes a long time and they don't tell you it's back ordered until you've given up on it. Their website should tell you they're out or if they can't ship it right away, they could at least tell you. I'm expecting a shipment now and heaven only knows when it'll arrive and how much will be missing. I get the same response from my friends who have stopped ordering from them.
    Hi, I just have a feed back about the customer service that was prompt to resolve my double order but didn't let me talk about my opinion too much in the end. The person thanked me and stuff but I don't know if you guys have a certain amount of time you can spend with each customer but I felt the person really wanted to go soon and I felt uncomfortable with that. I have experience in customer service and that should had ended as expected. Maybe that person was a new employee, so just this feed back as your request. Thanks.
    I was not happy with the statue I received, seemed smaller than pictured and it does not light up, but since I paid $16.99 & would have to pay $7.99 to send it back, & I would also have to take it somewhere to drop off during a quarantine, I felt the refunded amount was not worth it. The dress & capris were nice, thought about ordering another Capri, but didn't need anything else & shipping too expensive...so I'll stick with Amazon, more convenient right now.
    I love Collections Etc. however to many items I wanted were sold out. Hope you get them back in. Need more items of black and chocolate Labrador statues (figurines). I also want to join the club again but never got renewal notice or email at all... Have a blessed new year! Sandra
    I didn't give Collections Etc. a 5-star rating because there was one item (a Christmas ornament) that was not sent with the rest of the order, and there weren't updates on it. Meanwhile, someone started using my Visa number, and I had to get a new card. I didn't know what was going on with the Christmas tree ornament--whether it was cancelled because my Visa closed. It took a long time for item to get here.
    As I've only been wearing the toe seperator for about three weeks, and I suppose it's being effective because it's getting to be a little painful as I strive to keep it on as long as I can endure it. And I believe in,"no pain,no gain",so.,PS:I have been subjected to adding a piece of plastic or cotton ball to make it a bit stronger in order to keep my toe straight. Hope this helps you to improve your product a little.
    Collections Etc is easy to use and they have many great products. I love these brushes so I got a set for each of my granddaughters.

    Great.. except would be nice if we can use more than 1 promo code. **Please offer battery operated items with a Timer....even if you have to raise prices $2 or less. Timers are very efficient... especially for Customers like me who has, literally, dozens and dozens of Decorations. It really is time consuming, inefficient, and frustrating to have to turn on every battery operated Decoration that I own. Please! I promise that you will not regret it.

    I ordered numerous items online from Collections Etc back in November 2020. I finally received an email after 3+ weeks letting me know 1 of the items would be delayed, but after checking online, absolutely nothing has shipped! Then I get an email asking to confirm the arrival of my order, that I don't have!?! So I call and it's going to be another 7-10 days so maybe I'll have next year in January after 5-6 weeks... yep, just in time for Christmas, Next Year! So if you order, which I'm not highly recommending, keep it small and break it up into multiple orders so it doesn't get held up like mine did!

    The bed ruffles were perfect. I ordered them in 3 different colors. I like them because they are elastic and I do not have to move the mattress to put them on the bed. They just fit around the frame. I also ordered Ruby Space Triangles to organize my closet. Everything was delivered in a timely manner and the sale price was great. The ordering process was fast and easy.

    Line of products is fabulous. The only problem I had calling to get help with my order. When you call, you cannot get off the phone and they do not want to take no for an answer. I finally hung up and came to the site to order. A good salesperson will quit pressure after you say know about 3 or 4 times, but some will never give up and you cannot get your order placed. So the only choice is to hang up. I know people need to make money but they should realize what no means after a few minutes of heavy pressuring.
