But, I never received the package and exchanged several emails with customer service and they mentioned that it could be another week before they respond back. Six weeks after the order. My main complaint is that they sew the spare buttons on high above the waist, sometimes in non-matching thread - so additional button stitching is very visible on the front. When I complained about the button placement and thread color, they suggested I "just cut the buttons off." When I suggested a return, they said there's a $9 return charge (on a $33 shirt.) Puts Brooks Brothers, Black Brown, and Jos A Bank to shame. The shirts come out of the dryer looking like they were just professionally cleaned and pressed. Shirts can be customized with various sleeve lengths or a pocket can be added at a nominal charge. The items are shipped from the UK so shipping times can be slightly longer than normal but reasonable. Although normal price is $150-$160 per shirt for the non-iron's. They go on sale quite often at $40 - $50 each and are well worth it at that price. The only downside that I have found is that many styles tend to be a little too modern or flashy for a traditional office setting although there is a nice selection of traditional styles to choose from.My experience with Charles Tyrwhitt was extremely disappointing. I ordered a custom shirt from them, and they completely botched the sleeve length, making them way too short. What's even more frustrating is the inattentive and unhelpful customer service I encountered when I tried to address the issue. It's clear that they didn't take the time or care needed for a custom order, and their lack of responsiveness only added to the frustration.
