    Got a &4200 ring for Xmas with $500 gift card. Too small. Saks said buy second ring correct size. Pay for 2 and we will issue new gift card. Took 5 calls to get credit first ring and they voided gift card. Told false info every time I called. Final call they aren't honouring the gift. Terrible Customer Service.     Wish I could give them a zero star. Bought Baccarat brand glasses of total six, and received counterfeit item from Saks.com. So I return and requested a refund next day. However they opened case# and after 3 months later, was advised their final decision is not to refund. What I received was all the same fake glasses in the Baccarat brand box, total amount $708.51. DO NOT PURCHASE anything from Saks.com. My English is not good but I have reported to BBB, Bacarrat and will review everywhere so this would not happen to other people. Shame on you, Saks.com!     The most horrible experience ever. Whatever you do, never shop from here. Took my money, sent me a broken item, I cut my finger opening it. Took WEEKS after calling numerous times and emailing to get a stupid partial refund...so Christmas passed without me giving the gift I intended or having my money. I questioned them weeks later when I saw this partial refund and they said I had to submit pictures. Mind you I already did. How the hell do get a picture of something in the trash from 3weeks ago.     I ordered a very expensive coat for Christmas. The coat arrived in a shabby plastic bag. Inner lining was torn, wrinkled and obviously someone's old coat that had been switched and sent to me. I called Saks online customer service immediately and informed them, sent them pictures. I sent it back to saks for a refund and they refused to accept the return as the coat was not the item I had ordered and paid for. I have been a customer for 25 years.     Now that they may possibly file for bankruptcy, do not order from them unless you are prepared to be disappointed. They will confirm your order, hold it as "processed" for weeks, keep changing the shipping date, then cancel with no explanation, Saks has done this to me THREE times in a row. They are knowingly selling drastically marked down items as "pre-sale." They apparently do not, and never will have these items in stock. This is beyond ridiculous for a multi million dollar luxury company! The 10 to 14 business day return policy is ridiculous enough as it is but it only adds insult to injury that I have to go out of my way to send multiple emails and make multiple phone calls after the 17th day only to be told it could take another seven business days, or quite possibly longer to get the money that they owed me because they are waiting to hear from their vendor""! The bottom line is, I will never order from sack again and you should strongly consider it as well! If I could give zero stars I would. Also, you can't get anyone on the phone that has any kind of authority within the company, they do not give out names to managers etc. NO corporate numbers with people who are accountable.     For what Saks charges you'd think their customer service would be great, right? Wrong. I've never seen worst customer service any where. Even Walmart has better customer service than Saks. I wanted to write this review so others know that this is not a company that cares in the slightest. They dont care that you are a paying customer and have a valid issue. They are rude, idiotic and not understanding in the least. I refuse to support a company that doesn't value the customers that keep it going. They don't even give free shipping anymore.     I have never ever experienced any other company worse than Saks in my life. I put two items which I received in one box and sent them back using their shipping label in the same box. One item got missing on their side and they do not give me the refund. They use Fedex for shipping so I do not have the weight of the box as UPS does. They are two heavy items and the weight cannot be the same if only one item in the box. They refused to give my money back after contact them for 6 times.     I ordered 2 coats from Saks Off 5th but for some reason each coat was sent through two separate shipping companies. The first coat was supposedly signed for and delivered by FedEx, but I never signed for or received anything. The second coat came through a local regional shipper which I received just fine. So I called fedex to ask what happened to my package but their investigation came up with nothing and they advised me to contact Saks Off 5th. I contacted SOF and they told me they would investigate the matter but it would take 2 weeks for an investigation and a refund if I'm eligible. Well after the 2 weeks, I received an email saying my package was delivered so they couldn't do anything for me. WHAT! So I paid for a coat that some FedEx worker lied about getting a signature for and stole! I don't think so! So I filed a chargeback with my credit card company and they are currently working on it - save yourself the hassle and just stay away from this company!     I had been a Saks customer for years and then had issues with my account being hacked. I called them but they didn't really care so I cancelled my Saks store credit card bc I was afraid whoever hacked my account would use my card. About three months ago, I decided to try ordering from Saks again (only paying with a regular visa, not Saks) and had no real issue with my first orders. Just placed an order for 2 tee shirts this afternoon for $x and was charged *5 times* in an hour for the one transaction: twice for $x, twice for a different $amount and once for another different $ amount. I called Saks and got some flunky customer service agent who after I explained the above asked me if I'd placed an order with Saks (eye roll) and then after I confirmed I did, said I had to call my credit card company - in other words, he could care less that I and ultimately, Saks, was getting ripped off. I ended up calling my card company and they cancelled the 4 charges I didn't make but I will now not have use of my card for a few days, and also Saks is probably busy sending out merch to some thief that charged my card but now Saks will be holding the bag. No wonder they are going bankrupt. They are probably getting stolen from daily and they don't seem to even care.     Purchased a blue shirt of this online store. They sent me a RED shirt. I reached out to them to ask them to send me the right shirt and I will mail back the wrong one. They refused! After one hour of chat, finally I spoke to a supervisor who told me my only option is to return the red shirt, then wait up to 14 days to get a refund and if I want I can buy the one I originally wanted. This is THE WORST customer service ever. This company does not deserve to be in business. They do not care about their customers. UNBELIEVABLE!     I bought a Jo Malone Diffuser but never received the order. I submitted a refund claim but was denied soon because they asserted that their courier - FedEx marked it as delivered but they cannot provide the picture or my signature to prove the delivery was completed. I called customer service but their associate asked me to connect the FedEx by myself or submit a dispute to my credit card bank. So, I had to dispute the payment but got rebilled later because Saks communicated with my credit card bank to refuse the dispute. It's a very disappointing experience.
