    The site clearly stated cut off times for next day delivery. I ordered well within time as i had broken some parts on my bike and needed to replace them in a hurry for a trip down south the next day. I could have gone to a local bike store but chose CRC instead. The order didn't arrive the next day. I missed a pre booked day at the bike park and scheduled night ride as well as a hell of a lot of messing to amend trains and hotels. I tried to contact CRC a total number of 6 times to resolve this issue. It's taken till now… 10/01/2024 to only have my postage refunded (which will take 5 days to refund) and CRC have now washed their hands of the issue…. I wasn't expecting them to refund me for all my expenses as that's a little far but a little voucher for £10 or free next day delivery on my next order or something as an apology would have been great but to only offer my postage back after the issue has been dragged out by them for 23 days i think is just unacceptable. DO NOT USE Awful company when an item arrived damaged they send us a link of how to fit the item and say heres a link so you can purchase it yourself! Really the bike arrived with a part that they had apparently checked? Not very well obviously and 2 parts dropped out of the end bent and apparently we have fitted it incorrectly. I do not think so. I feel anyone with similar issues to me should get together and put a law suit against the company as it is just not acceptable to send a brand new bike with broken parts and then not accept liability.     A warning to any would be customer thinking or buying from this company - Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. Our bike was delivered damaged and after much hassle through their 'live chat' (no direct contact) they eventually, after much more hassle, advised us to get it repaired ourselves rather than help or fix the issue themselves. The packaging is not adequate enough to protect the bike in transit, which I suspect has allowed the damage to occur. Very poor indeed - Buyer beware! So, I decided to take the risk, and placed an order. The package was promptly posted via DHL on 4/1 and it arrived on 4/5.     Read the return policy carefully. They will deduct restocking fees for any reason. Even if there is a fault, they won't return for full price. They will at best force you to file a warranty claim which they have sole discretion over. Terrible company and deceptive deals. Think you are getting a modern component? Nope, it's from 2013 and sod by nobody but Chain Reaction and the parent company Wiggle.
    Still waiting 4 months plus for "crash replacement" part that should of been under warranty and I ended up paying for. Not to mention the $70 in store credit for receiving damaged bike.     1400 Euros order haven't arrived in over 2 weeks. Order placed on 5 august, writing this on 24. So almost a month and my order has not arrived. Contacted them 2 times, both times waited until they're said, still nothing. Contacted them a 3rd time, no response in 2 days. The DPD delivery info / status is stating that my order in in France since the dispatch, seems like it's stuck there & last update was on 19 august.     I have been ordering bike stuff from them for years now and lately I am trying to stay away from them but they had Vittoria tires on sale so I ordered them and something that you usually would receive in few days can now take weeks, it's usually not their fault but their customer service when you try to get things like this sorted is horrible, they're just not worth, if you can try making deals with your local bike shop that's my friendly advice.

    Took my money and then CR cancel the order on their end because of an IT problem.     Bought a Nukeproof MTB from CR at a great price but was sent with the wrong thru axle and other extras. Sent with Rox Shox and Sram extras but the bike has Fox and Shimano kit on. That was resolved after a couple of weeks after a trip to my local bike shop to diagnose the fault but then on my first ride the fox fork collapsed and lost pressure. Had to send the fork back for a warranty claim which took around 4 weeks to resolve but in the end I am now very pleased with the bike and especially with the knock down price I paid for it on 24 months interest free credit.     Two weeks ago I returned two tires $90, wrong type, I immediately return them un opened in the box that they arrived in. No refund, no answer to emails, a useless chat, I should have read reviews before dealing with this outfit. 95 percent of reviews are negative. The email inbox eternally full, don't call unless you enjoy voice mail!
    After making a purchase of a few items with chain reaction and getting a £10 discount, I started reading reviews, which got me worried. I paid for 4 day delivery, after checking my on my order on day 2 it still stated processing which got me more worried even if I was going to receive my items, so gave them a message on live chat, they responded instantly and reassured me my item would be here within the time scale. The next day I had a knock at my door it was the hermes courier with my order a day earlier than expected, all correct and packaged perfectly. A* service.     A $400 order not received for almost 2 months now. ChainReactionCycles customer support did not do anything except sending me generic answers to my multiple inquiries in email and in Facebook. They said they are initiating an inquiry with the courier and even "escalating" (!) but they never got back to me with any information they might have learned in their "inquiries". I just applied to the courier and learned from it that the item is indeed lost, and apparently the courier was not approached until now by the sender (i. E. ChainReactionCycles) to initiate the needed inquiry. I'm now trying to recover my money from ChainReactionCycles but based on the experience thus far I'm afraid I've lost the money. They just don't seem to care or cooperate. Never seen something like that. Tip for consumers:From reading recent reviews at Trustpilot, I suspect that the company took a decision to avoid spending on customer support for parcels which did not arrive. When the package arrives they get a positive review, and, of course, this is the majority of the cases. But when there is an issue with the courier, they don't seem to do anything and leave customers frustrated.     Placed several orders over the last 6 years. Always got what I ordered and shipping was quick and reliable. Not anymore. Last order I paid extra for shoot and duties to Canada like always do but it was shipped by 'Skynet'. Guess they moved away from DHL. Anyway, package seems lost. Tracking hasn't updated for 2 weeks. Chain reaction first said to wait 5 days, then 10 days. Now who knows... Definitely my last time ordering from Chain Reaction.

    Yes, I just got caught with the same BS with the additional prcessing fee. Should have read the reviews first. I will not be conducting business with CRC again. If I did this to my customers and charged additional fees above my quoted fee I would not be in business. CRC is FULLY AWARE of these fees and what they will be yet they do not disclose them. This is a scam!. Lesson learned.
    They indicated a 4-5 day delivery on prepaid shipments which included duty and broker fees to Canada. Ordered the products September the 13,2020. It is now September the 25,2020 and the shipment is no where in site. They used SkyNet as a carrier out of England which looks like a 3rd party provider unlike UPS, DHL or FedEx. Not the way to go for International Sales. Tried contacting SkyNet without any success. Its was a small purchase 2 Tires.
    My order made it to Canada via Skynet who passed it off to UPS in Toronto. From there the bike parts disappeared. The service was terrible with Skynet acknowledging that the package was lost, tracking showing it as undelivered, and Chain Reaction insisting that the package had been delivered. After 4 months I finally received a full refund. I have been a loyal customer of Chain Reaction for years but Wiggle ownership is now destroying the business.
    I bought a Pavo bike light. Best cost per lumen. The mount broke and I cannot get any info from them on how to replace. After a few exchanges, they went silent. Waiting and pinging them...
