    This has happened to me several times. Today, when I applied the discount code at checkout a message appeared indicating "Discount code has expired". The email with this code was received at 9am this morning. I called Customer Service and told them about it. The person who answered said she fixed the problem and to try again in 30 mins. So I did. Now when applying the code the message is "Undefined". In other words, there is no real discount code. It's a scam to get you to their website. Not cool. Products used:None Service
    Ordered 8.5 and got W8.5 box said 8.5 so shoes were in wrong box and clearly wide. Sent back and 3 weeks later received the same W8.5 in a 8.5 box. When I called to return was told this was a final sale. Never was it listed as a final sale or it had changed during the return of the pair I sent back. I was able to return only after explaining I was sent the wrong shoe size again. Will not order from a company if I will have a problem returning something. Too many other shoe companies to order from.
    I bout a pair of Korkease boots at Christmas. They were oversized. When I returned them For a different size they sent them back and wouldn't give me a smaller size. I wore them in house to see if they fit and they said "they had been worn". I spend $50 for return postage to them and asked for a store credit. I have received no response. It has been 2 months.     I have purchased nylons before from shoeline and always receive exactly what i ordered. And I always order the same thing. This time I ordered 5 nylons in EE Black. What I received was one EE Black and four B Nearly Nude. Not even close. The packing list inside clearly showed what my order SHOULD have been And because I was outside the 30 day window, since I always order nylons in advance so that I am never without, I cannot return them. Waste of my hard earned money.
    I was sent an expired coupon. Ordered 2017... coupon expired 2015! Please work on getting this taken care of as I am normally a regular customer for online shopping it is necessary that things be done in order so that I can continue if you are really interested in keeping my business.
    I canceled a order and the next day they shipped the order anyway. Ups put it on hold. It took 5 days to return the order. Now they say it will be 3 business days to get a refund. Just another way to hold the money when they should not have shipped the order in the first place. I will not buy from shoeline again. I have been waiting for a supervisor to return my calls for a week.
    Item was in stock. Placed order received info that item is ready to ship. Then 3 days later received email that order is cancelled. Cannot approve of this websire.
    I purchased a pair off boots they came in I tried them on while sitting in my living room stood up and sat back down to realize I needed a different size. I come home today to the box of boots I was hoping to return with a note that says these boots have been warn. Yes I put my feet in them to see if they fit and I immediately took them off. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SHOELINE.com. And if you do I guess you should visually check the size just by looking at them still in the box. So I'm left with a pair of boots that do not fit and I'm out the money. So best of luck to shoppers and shoeline go $#*! your self
    Shoes are ok quality sent them back because they fit narrow. Let me be clear on this I put them on my feet once, ONCE to try them on and they were way too narrow so I sent them back and wanted a refund. Didn't hear anything for weeks so I decided to call and they told me that the shoes were wo Rn and they could not accept them because they were damaged so im not going to get my money back 98$ down the drain. Again let me say this clear enough so everyone knows the shoes wouldn't even fit on me so there was no way they could have been worn or damaged. Do not buy from this company its a scam.     Sent me the completely wrong boots, wrong brand, wrong style, wrong size. I contacted them for a return label, which they sent... they confirmed receipt... then nothing. I have send 4 follow-ups with no response, never received a credit on my card or the correct shows sent. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.
    I the received the boots approx 3/14 I sent boots back 3/15, in original box as needed, my tracking # shows they received the boots, they refuse to exchange for smaller size stating the boots were worn, I had put them on to ck size then repackaged and sent back have asked my credit card to put in a dispute.
    Picked up some dexters here for nearly half of what I paid at the bowling store. Good prices especially if you already know your size and if they are going to fit or not. I am always scared of buying shoes online, but shoeline made the process simple
    I preordered a pair of shoes. The following day they sent an email stating my order was cancelled because the item was " out of stock ". This company is inept and should be avoided unless you want to throw your money away. Customer service, in addition, has no idea how to provide service to a customer. They are a sad little company in a sea of many larger competent competitors.
    Ordered a shoe and started messaging when I wasn't getting a sent notification. They immediately put the money on hold and I never got a tracking number. I started messaging when the 2-3 business day didn't happen. Couldn't get them to even look at my account. They kept saying I needed to wait longer. About business day number 5 I started calling since it was a gift. Was told I would receive a call back in 24 hrs they were calling the warehouse. At this point the money was sent back so I wasn't sure I was even going to get the shoes. The shoes magically appeared that day. 2 days later a shipping number was finally sent to me and the money disappeared from my account again. The whole thing was odd, rude and not very business like. Funny part, I thought I was going with a reputable business when I could have purchased the shoes for $80 less off a eBay store. What a mistake. Save yourself the headache... don't shop here. Shoes were half a size too big but not going to bother sending for exchange. Can't imagine that is a fun experience ().
    Good service, good prices, but did not accept my returns. I am now stuck with 2 pairs of boots that I don't like. I'm wearing them. I admit the boots were a little bit worn when I returned them. But Zappos and Sheplers accepted returns that were clearly worn and modified: and this allowed me to fine tune which boots exactly I wanted. So it's a good company; but I disagree with "Easy Returns." Not easy when compared to other companies in the same industry: not easy at all.
    This site does NOT easily accept your returns. Was never emailed a return label and then told after 30 days shoes could not be accepted. Called and emailed several times prior to 30 days and was unanswered. Go to Zappos or Amazon for higher quality products and service.
    I ordered a pair of nursing shoes and wore them for one half hour before I realized they were a half size too big and slipped up and down too much. I have lost $71.95 on these shoes, because when I returned them for a smaller size, Shoeline said they had marked up soles and could not honor my return and shipped the same shoes back to me. Most stores would honor this return because they want the customer to give them more sales. They have a huge selection of on line shoes and I would have ordered a lot more shoes from them in the future, but they have turned off this first time buyer!
    Bought shoes that they advertised as a size 10. They DID NOT advertise them as "women's 10". I called them to exchange for my size and the woman said "we cannot exchange them because we no longer carry that size in that shoe". No longer carry that size? How did I get this size? Someone send these back also? I basically said "you can't exchange them because you don't carry anymore of that shoe in that size"? I asked if she had the size I needed in a different color and she reiterated the fact "they no longer carry that size so we can't exchange them"! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE people, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BUSINESS. Read the reviews on anything you purchase online. My dad always said " don't buy anything sight unseen"! I should've listened to him. It's unfortunate but this is why all the malls are closing, online services which cannot compare with person to person interaction.     I bought a pair of shoes that were 1 size too small. I returned the shoes and shoeline never sent a new pair, they kept my money. I am reporting this company to Amazon. This is the last time I purchase through them ever again.
    I ordered shoes from them,, incorrect shoe sent I hadnt heard from them on the return so I called today. They supposedly are mailing them back stating that the warehouse never carried those shoes. Whether they didnt or not someone may have returned them and they sent them out to me. The customer service person said we dont switch shoes which I didnt say they did. I agree with these other reviewers do not buy from these people! Since I found all of these other complaints on here and will be contacting my card company and amazon. Has anyone contacted their card company and file a complaint? I have an email from them saying to return them if you have those try youre credit card company and go to any sites they sell from and let them know!
    Shoeline says that you are allowed to return shoes if you aren't satisfied. What they don't say is that they reject the majority of the shoes for return. We purchased a pair of shoes, tried them on at home and they didn't fit. When we returned them we were given a different reason from every person we spoke to as to why we would not be receiving a refund. Shoes were dirty, soles were worn, very bad odor, toes were scuffed. None of this was true. So buyer beware. If you order from shoeline, plan on keeping the shoes even if they don't fit because they are not in the habit of giving you back your money. Better off ordering from somewhere reputable, like Amazon, where they will refund your money.
    I caution anyone who plans to make a purchase on Shoeline.com to avoid paying the extra charge for "Next Day" shipping. For companies like Shoeline.com, "Next Day" may mean three (3) days later, which happened to me. When I kindly asked for a refund for the extra shipping cost, I was politely told "buyer beware".
    I returned my unworn shoes that I purchased online and they are claiming they can't accept the return because there is a scuff on them. Amazon has been investigating them. There was no scuff and they never updated any return status in Amazon. They are crooks. I never wore these shoes and it is totally outlandish and deceitful.
    I ordered a pair of shoes. They were too big so I used the return label included in the package. They promptly returned my money less shipping charge. I will shop with them again.
    I would recommend this product it's the best nursing shoe I've ever bought... The shoe is very comfortable, well made and I would definitely by again.
