They told me that since it was passed the delivery date they would reorder. I called again on February 3rd to verify the progress on my new order. The rep told me that it had not successfully processed in the warehouse. He told me that they can only reorder once. I was told he could refund my money and I could order again. I told him I was not going to reorder. I found the product at Macy's, and it was 20 dollars cheaper. (They we're running a sale). I don't blame customer service. They are only doing there job. The sample arrived and it's TINY. Also, the eyeshadow I ordered (Morning Dew) is still on the website and the fact that it's not in stock is not disclosed. It absorbs all the oil on my face and covers my pores!Some of the best makeup I've ever used. It's so light and feels like I'm not wearing any makeup at all. I also have the brush kit, each brush is labeled for it's intended use, and all the brushes are incredibly soft! Great Products!
