I ordered a framed picture and it arrived with broken glass. It was not bubble wrapped although I paid $50 for shipping. I contacted them and they offered either a refund or another picture. I opted for another picture but asked that they bubble wrap it. They did not and it arrived broken. They will not give me a refund unless I mail it back to them at my expense. We spent $200.00 on art work. All the prints were low quality. They were wrinkled beyond fixing and had major dented areas. It wasn't at all what they described it to be. Super disappointed! Will never buy or recommend them! Tip for consumers:Do not get scammed into buying from them. Products used:NONE Value Shipping Quality
I ordered some sunset photos and chose to get them on canvas. I was worried that they Wouldn't be as vivid on canvas but was pleasantly surprised when I received them. I had a great experience with a Customer Service employee. I actually got a real person to talk to. She was great. I got my pics sooner then I expected. Barb Pinson, Virginia.
They admitted that they are unable and restricted to correct the bad colors of the print. Total waste of money. Service Value Quality

Ordered 9 canvas prints. 2 damaged, 2 no wire to hang 1 lost. Will never use art.com again! No humans to help at customer service. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
Do not use this scam company their product and their service is nothing but a sham they keep asking me for more characters before I'm allowed to post this. So I'll just say worst customer service. Worst product do not use. Do not use. Do not use. Stay away
I purchased a print for a gift. I did not open it. After the item was opened, it was discovered it was too big. Upon my notification of it not fitting, I tried to return it, only to be told I was responsible for shipping. When I received the print I noticed the print was blurry and terrible quality. I had to pay $63.00 to return it! Do not buy from them! Products used:Framed print Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
I have ordered 2 framed prints. Delivery was fine, condition of frame good, but in both cases pictures are far darker than on the web site. In one case, almost too dark. Details seen on the site are not noticeable in the prints. Disappointing.
I bought a large, framed, canvas print for $350 back in October, 2022. Just 5 months later, all edges of the frame have separated. I contacted customer service and they quickly responded that we are outside the 45 day window and I can't return it. I didn't want to return it, but was hoping they would give some suggestions. I will not be ordering from them again and should have checked reviews before I ordered in the first place. Don't make the same mistake I made - there are many other good, reputable companies out there. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
I am really disappointed in the artwork I received from ART.com. The quality of the print is poor. Online the prints look really good, however the prints I received were grainy and visible. This distracted from the artwork. Even though it was framed well, the framing material is cheap. I think the artwork you get from Kohl's or someplace similar is of better quality and I'm not just saying this, I am sincere. I've attached proof of purchase. Tip for consumers:Art.com states that no refund will be given unless there is damage or non-conformity. Who decides what non-conformity means? This vagueness means that art.com can decide that their art work conforms and therefore no refund will be given. In order to decide if it conforms or not you must return the art. Once art.com reviews, and if they decide that it 'conforms' they will return it to you at your cost. Most likely that means that the consumer will not receive a refund. Ordered a picture with frame Nov 30 2022. Email from art.com says that out of stock and suggested another frame I accepted thinking that it was available to be made. Today Jan 3 2023 I have to get in touch with them, now find out that frame is now also out of stock. Ive cancelled the order. I understand it's the holiday season and things get delayed but I suggest they update their stock of frame to avoid customer disappointment. Service
No frames ordered, just prints. Shipping time: 5 weeks. I don't expect it overnight but 5 weeks is ridiculous. Products used:Prints Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
I ordered a very large (42by72)Monet water lilies poster and paid $98. When it arrived, it was very blurry and the pixels were low. They have a return policy but you pay the shipping. THe cheapest shipping was $52. I wrote them and said they should not sale large posters where quality is compromised. Very disappointed and won't order from them again. H
Good Day, I have received an order composed of 2 items for a price of 689$ canadian due to the shipping cost. The order has arrived damaged, not due to shipping in my opinion but poor fabrication as it can be seen on the picture. I have received good service from Madam Fiona at the online website. They have refunded the damaged item and told me i can sell, donate the damaged items. Honnestly, I would have expected a refund, and to get a new one free. I will not buy from Art.com anymore. Tip for consumers:I have no comments, i am just so disapointed, sorry to say. Products used:SS FRANCE as the item is not damaged. Service Value Shipping Quality
I decided to order 4 pieces to brighten a room. All are being sent separately. #1 was a wrapped canvas. It arrived scratched and badly placed on the stretcher, also a much duller print than the pic online. Called to return: they said "here's your refund; dispose of the canvas as you wish." Print 2 arrived: a large trimmed piece of mat was trapped inside the frame. Another refund. "Don't bother to return it." Who knows what the other 2 prints will be like? What a bizarre business model that allows terrible craftsmanship and that gives refunds without having goods returned. They know their products are trash. They're just hoping you don't notice!
Here was my email to them. I received no response at all. This was my first time ordering from you and I am sorry to say I will probably not order again. I think it is important to hear feedback. I like the print but for the price the attention to detail and quality of the finished product is not there. There is a thread stuck inside that is pretty visible, there is a gap between the acrylic and the frame that is pretty noticeable and the frame itself has a chunk out of the wood that was painted over. If this was a $50 product I could look past these things. I am keeping it on my wall because it is my bedroom and only I can see these things for the most part, but you should make sure your end product is higher quality for the price point Sorry for the negative message but repeat business is important to you I would think.
I wrote a 2-star review about art.com last week after getting no response from an email to their customer service about a return/refund request (their on-site "initiate a return" function does not work). I am very happy to say that, after one week, I got a response via email from art.com customer service with instructions to apply for a return or refund. I followed instructions, spoke on the phone with a return specialist and followed that up with a second email to *******@art.com containing my photos of my item, and within minutes, I kid not, a response came and then refund was approved. I am very positively impressed (;^)) and now write this positive review. Summing it up -- I think art.com prints are good quality (in retrospect they often sell different versions of the same print with different color palates and I should have studied them more carefully); shipping packaging is great and protective, customer service is great though initial email response can be slow around the Holidays, their in-website "initiate a return" function does not work and instead one should phone them for good service *******143), and their framing is ok but not great quality -- but overall, with the free shipping, art.com products are a good deal and customer service is great. Two pictures were not as I had thought I ordered. There is a difference between different types of art such as print, giclee printing, etc. So you need to be very careful to know which option you are looking at. On the site, that was not clear to me. One expensive picture i ordered the colors are way, way off and it looks terrible. Although will say the frame was nice. So two of my three ordered items I wanted to return, and the return process online takes you nowhere it's a loop process back to the same ineffective page. I wrote customer service, and the only reply I received was an automated one, that asked how my experience was. The chat bot does not work! So basically I'm a stranded customer at this point. Tip for consumers:Don't order from them Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
We ordered a framed print well over two weeks ago. FedEx reported that it was damaged. Not a word from Art.com. I finally contacted them and they acknowledged that it was damaged and that they would "expedite" a second one. After a week, FedEx reported that it was delayed. I contacted Art.com and this one is apparently lost. Give me the refund. Lousy customer service and they should also consider switching delivery services.
I ordered 3 large posters which came to about 100$. Had to pay customs coming into Canada before Fedex would release them and then they were dropped off outside my door with the box pretty crushed at one end and posters too creased to hang. Although it wasn't exactly art.com's fault, except for the flimsy packaging, I didn't think I'd get any help from them based on all the bad reviews. I was pleasantly surprised though with the prompt customer service I got from Marley after contacting them by email. My posters were replaced and I didn't have to wait too long for them. It seems the business is run with a lot of automated communication, but you can reach a human when needed. They are selling pretty reasonably priced prints and it was the only shop where I could find all the prints that I wanted. Am happy it worked out.
Print was fuzzy. And there was lint under the glass that could not be removed because the back of the frame was sealed. Making a return on the website also has been difficult. The instructions say click on "Return Items" but there is no such button. Products used:I am returning the framed print. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
For over $350.00 I received a print framed of very low quality. The mat doesn't fit with the print and the frame is now real wood! Don't buy there! Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
I purchased a wall poster for my son on Dec 5th.I received an email confirming my order and a second email alerting me that my item had shipped. In early January I realize my son never got it so I find the information and email Art.com. I have never received a response.I follow the procedure to find the order on the website, I provide my email and the order # and it tells me they can't find the order. The company has got their money and feels no obligation to assist any further obviously. Thanks for nothing Art.com!
We paid over $400.00 for a framed print (acrylic not glass). After just over a year, it's formed large, extremely visible bubbles beneath the print. The art is not exposed to either heat or cold, nor is it in direct sunlight. We reached out to Art.com, given their 100% satisfaction guarantee, but was told that's only valid for 60 days. Be warned. Tip for consumers:They will not guarantee their work after 60 days. Art should last longer than 2 months. Products used:Framed artwork Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
