    Don't buy an rv here unless you have a good lawyer first. Crooks and lies, 3 years of my wasted time trying to get issues fixed that I was promised at point of sale would be fixed personally by camping world, if need be. Now saying things are not covered under my warranty after they pushed them out for years. Only things they have touched are now worse thanks alot.     Did a poor job on the repair from their damage on this camper, you will see in images below, scraches that was on here from their lot... Then the repair... black ugly blop and lifted areas after their so called repair... This was bought brand new off their lot... They never fixed what they said they would on the walk-through. RV had to sit the winter now with nothing fixed. I only hope it won't have water damage when we see it. Once the sale was done everything they said they would do changed. Don't buy... If I could leave a 0 star I would...
    All I can advise to anyone contemplating to purchase from Camping World is DON'T DO IT! Their service department is a nightmare. They tell you is ready and when you arrive you find it is not or you had a butcher job done on your camper. No consideration whatsoever and they lack customer service skills. I have visited multiple Camping World and have encountered issues with every single service department. Horrible management in the service department and no one is held accountable for anything.     My first big purchase of a newer camper 2021 cougar. Keystone. Asked me to keep an extra 5 days to go through it. Make sure everything was up to par... I would really have a page of Broken slash and on working stuff leaking ceiling leaking toilet. The hot water tank has an inch of cocking in the bottom. Looks like it was mirrored in with a putty knife. Do not buy a camper from these guys I wasted did 48 k. They offered to fix but I definitely don't want these morons working on it.     First, I tired telling his employer what kind of induvial Bryan STD Adkins is. Although they didn't want to hear the truth about one of their horrible employees. He is constantly smoking weed while on the clock & snorting methamphetamine. He is also having an affair with a co-worker. Every company I have worked for has it stated in the employee handbook that under NO circumstances is there ever to be any kind of relationship between 2 employees. With that being said no wonder people's extracurricular toys aren't being fixed properly. Doing drugs and extra martial affairs while on the clock. Hmmm wonder if there hiring.     I don't even know where to begin. It was the worst experience I've ever had I purchased a brand new Keystone cougar RV fifth wheel from camping world from start to finish. It has been the worst experience of my life. Their customer service is absolutely terrible and their dealership mechanics have no clue what they're doing. I've been dealing with this for over two years and cannot even get the person who's in charge of my case and customer service to call me back after four months. I would rather buy from a person off the side of the road than to ever deal with camping world again! I cannot stress enough how bad their customer service and their mechanics are at camping world. I have had mold in my RV being brand new and infestation of ants when it was delivered and also it being put on the wrong spot as I paid a $250 delivery fee.     Camper has been here since Sep 29th (now Dec 4th). It was in for a few minor warrantee items - then I got a call that someone stole the generator (while on their lot!). They said they have no responsibility even though it was on their lot, behind a locked gate and supposedly there are security cameras as well - yet MY insurance has to cover it. Service Value
    Because of this company's poor service and general neglect, the MH we purchased in 2022 has not been used for intended road trips. One part after another has been shoddy. Read other reviews, read complaints from so many dissatisfied customers. My POV is that we were cheated, mistreated, and now defeated.
    First walked in and salesman complained they just sat down. Finally took me to look at a few campers. Showed me the one I wanted to see after ones I didn't care to see. Lucky I really liked that camper cause I would've went elsewhere with the service. After I bought it and was up to pick it up we couldn't find the camper. We found our original salesman and she was looking for it also to try selling it to another customer. They only had 1 of that style so I said something. She shrugged it off like nothing. We eventually found it in detailing. The guy that gave us the walk through of the camper and the financial guy were grade A though. The salesman department needs some fine tuning.     Bought the good Sam package and they are supposed to check roof and seals and all that for five years and they don't do that. You specifically have to ask them to check for that stuff.     Purchased a used class A, with 15,000 miles on it. Actually took possession when it had 17,000 miles after Camping World had driven it from California to Iowa. They convinced me we should purchase a $10,800 Good Sam extended service plan through them. The administrator of the plan is Assurant. After driving the RV 4,000 miles, we had a catastrophic engine failure (Ford Triton 6.8 liter V10) with a broken valve seal that destroyed the engine. $25,000 later, we have a new engine. The service plan administrator paid just under $20,000 leaving us with the balance of $5,000 because they didn't think the Ford Truck Center, had the right amount of labor. Our service contract says we have a contract max available of $25,000. Camping World's response, "gee, we're really sorry but too bad." This is the second motor home I've bought from Camping World and I will never darken their door again! If you do purchase from them, be very very careful. And think twice about the extended service plan. It's very expensive and poorly administered. Consider getting a plan from an outside company of your own choosing.
    I ordered my grill, and when I received it it was damaged. I sent it back, and they sent me a new one. FedEx re-delivered the damaged one to me twice within 1 week, so I called camping world customer service talked to a young lady, then I asked to talk to a manager who's name is Zachary, and he was very direct, and very rude in his approach, and every time I would try to say something he would tell me not to cut him off. If I remember right, I am the customer, and I was trying to voice my opinion, and he wouldn't even give me the chance to say anything. Someone needs to teach him how to treat customers the right way, or fire him Based on his interaction, I would not refer any of my friends to camping world after this experience.     Purchased a lacrosse travel trailer from camping world in Tyler I live in Houston county, they sent all paper work and tags to my address in Cricket but instead of Houston county sent it to Houston Texas, I have had the travel for over 2 years, have yet to receive any paper work for it, shortly after making this purchase hot water heater and slide outs quit working, contacted camping world and was told I would have to bring unit in, cannot even move unit due to slide outs not working and can not get registeration or plates for it as they were sent to Houston Texas to an address that does not exist, the only paper I received with the unit was in someone else's name

    Have a friend who was employed there at Myrtle Beach South Carolina. They were sent out of state to pick up an RV and was told by the General Manager and Sales Manager he would be paid 1000.00 for the trip plus travel expense. The friend drove back over 12 hours after flying there. They still haven't paid him and now only paying him 8 hours at 15.00 per hour for that long trip. A manager is only as good as their word and if he would do that to an employee what will he do to customers. Terrible company to work for and makes false promises.     Camping world finance manager in Albuquerque New Mexico will bait and switch you after you already agreed on the price. We agreed on the price and the payment only to get to the finance office and the terms and payments were hundreds of dollars more. They are the worst place to purchase RV.
    Camping world does not assist customers with defective products leaving them to deal with manufacturers themselves. Absolutely awful company on every level. Truly awful company and another example of how what used to be good companies are being put out of business.     When this business was RV World of Georgia, our camper experienced great service, competent repairs, and reasonable prices for our annual winter checkup. The business became Gander, but kept the same personnel and policies, so we still got great service. This year, our 8th year for an annual checkup, the company is now Camping World. We brought it in, requesting a check of roof, slide, and systems. In the end, it took 4 trips and 4 weeks to get the camper back, with very little communication from the service manager. In this time, they broke our front power jack, and replaced it with one off the shelf, which our service manager said they keep in stock because it happens so often. The replacement jack is of poorer quality than the one we put on ourselves. We asked how this happened, and were told they dropped the camper off the ball, which "happens all the time." In 8 years of camping in our trailer and having repairs done, we have never seen a camper dropped off the ball. Inspection found that new slide edging was needed. Extra screws were put in on the bottom, even though that was not in the repair instructions. This scratched the floor; the service manager implied that it might have been our fault the floor was scratched. When the repair person admitted extra screws were used, Camping World removed the screws and repaired the floor at their own cost. On trip #3 to pick up the camper, requested caulking had not been completed, but they charged us for it. On trip #4, when we finally got the camper home, we noticed that our custom epoxy-top table was cracked in two places. It is hard to crack epoxy, we have no idea how they managed that, and they didn't tell us about it. The back door no longer closes properly, and the water tank is leaking, both of which were fine before service. The one thing done right was the roof; it is clean and well-sealed. In short, more things are wrong with the camper than before we brought it to Camping World, and after 8 years they have lost our business. Products used:Service Service Value Quality

    Wouldn't buy anything from here again if my life depended on it! They don't stand by their promises and their customer service is horrible! Pay 70,000 for an Ice Shack that is supposed to have a 5 year warranty and they will not stand by it! Nothing is covered! Miranda in customer service hangs up on you! When we bought our Ice House the person doing our walk through didn't even know anything about it and even broke a part on our air conditioner "trying" to show us how it worked! Management is not willing to help and never calls you back!     I have been waiting for many months to write a review because I was hoping things would turn around, but the honest truth is, the people at this company are not good people. There were a couple of things wrong with our camper upon deciding to buy it. But we were ASSURED they would be taken care of when we came in to sign for it. Then at signing, we were assured by 2 others that the issues would be fixed by delivery. Even with a call in to make sure things were happening, delivered and come to find out problems were not even addressed AFTER 3 TIMES them telling us they were being taken care of. THIS WAS OCTOBER! Now, after several times being put off, it April and our camper is in for repair. Been there for almost a month and still not done!     I'm not the type to wast my time writing reviews but I met a salesman today at camping world in Biloxi Mississippi that was top notch. His name was Zack Everhart. This guy walked me and my wife through multiple trailers and was extremely knowledgeable on the entire inventory and the multiple hitches associated with them. If you're looking for a new trailer give this guy a call you won't be disappointed. I'm not from Mississippi and was just trying to get some information on a camping trailer that would work well with my truck. Service
