I had ordered several parts for an old MB. All came in except air filter, they sent vacuum element instead. The catalog clearly states OEM air filter but the small description under air filter called it vacuum element. I requested a return for a $23 part, cost of return $22. The only way you can communicate with this company is via email. Response time is 2 to 3 days. Once you hand over your cash your ability to resolve issue is zero. Wednesday comes along and I reached out again for shipping info and they informed me that the order is still "processing" so i asked to speak with a manager and no one could tell me why my order that was placed over the weekend is still processing three days into the week. Thursday morning comes around and I reached out again and another representative told me that the order is still processing and I should have it Friday. I think it isn't worth trying to use them, because you will not have the part you wanted, and an opportunity to get it elsewhere may be gone by the time they "cancel" your order as well...
