This site is a rip off. I called ahead to ensure I could use my own insurance and they said no problem as long as I brought a copy of my coverage page. When I got to the rental office, I was told there was a problem within their system and I would have to pay $235 extra for the insurance unless I wanted to wait 3 hours for the system to come back on line, Needless to say I told them to credit me and shove their car up their butts and went elsewhere. Never got the credit until I made 2 phone calls and emailsSo sorry I didn't see these reviews before trying to hire a car. Their partner (SixT) refused to provide the car that was booked because I didn't have a physical credit card - only one on my phone. They told me that there were links on the website that highlight the fact a physical plastic credit card was required. When asked where they were they didn't respond and did not provide a refund. Service ValueI accidentally clicked accept and cancelled the mistaken reservation immediately. I was charged $50! This company has no phone customer service, and the virtual assistant on the website did not resolve the issue by refunding this $50 fee. Terrible treatment of customers. Horrible booking policy. Even airlines allow you to cancel up to 24 hours.Its cheap. But you get charged for scratches you haven't made. The video that was taken was so bad that you couldn't see whether there were scratches or not. The person at the office went directly to a low spot at the car and found a small scratch in the front left side. He knew exactly where to look. How many times has this person made money on this small scratch? A pure lie. I had to catch a plane and he knew. How many are ripped off by this so called car rent service?
