And she hands me a catalog from Ashro, with my name right on it, " Terrell Gibson", now I guess it's unusual name for a white guy, but thanks for ending my peace at home.They are a predatory company. They send you crappy products. Then they charge a return fee, inventory fee and you pay to return the item. Then the attack your credit score by claiming that you didn't return their terribly made products. They will lie and claim that you have an open revolving account with them even though you have already jumped through all of their hoops to just be rid of them. Products used:I returned 3 pairs of boots and a wig. NONE OF THE ITEMS WERE TRIED ON. The boots has far too much exposed glue and uneven tassels and discolored design. The wig had wefts showing through the hair just simply holding it up. The items were still in the bag, I was concerned so I waited and didn't place the order again. Thank God I didn't because the order went through on Monday. What if j placed the order again, I called and her answer was not satisfactory to me. Nothing like well ma'am we would have credited you, nothing. I think this is my first and last order. Suit and PJ were too large returned for a smaller size. I only wanted an exchange. They have a great pay later policy. I got the suit back in smaller size but not PJ bottoms. I waited a few weeks never came. I.paid off scarf, and suit weeks ago. Refuse to accept I do not have PJs bottoms. Keep billing for them. Threating me with collection and credit ruining??? I went on line the same day that I got the catalogue but online, the price for the item was $159.99 and shipping charges were over $30. Nobody charges that much for shipping but its really an insult when the price in the catalogue and the price online don't match. The company is very disappointing. Shipping ReturnsI've been a customer with ashro for over a year recently I ordered a dress because I was down to $14 on my bill and I seen the dress I wanted I ordered the dress and they denied me they told me I would have to pay the whole $89 to receive it I don't think it's fair because I've been a on time paying customer with them for over a year and all of a sudden they denied me they close aren't that great anyways for the price that they're chargingThis is November 30,2020, I have never been so disappointed in a business as I have with Ashro.
