Tried to buy boots for larger legs. They'd keep completing my order then after a few days saying they had a high volume of orders and that the order didn't go through. I kept reordering for two full weeks then I finally got the boots, even when they said the order couldn't be filled. I was not impressed. It should be down as not available from the start instead of getting your hopes up only to crush them days later. Strange way to run web ordering.Warning not to use online shopping with Addition Elle, their returns process does not seem to work. Three months since I returned item via express post and still no refund and no reply from customer service. Will no longer shop with this company. There are better businesses online that value their customers and can operate their businesses with a view to return customers being important to the survival of their business.
