When my package arrived there was only one set. I emailed them and they refunded me for one pair and told me to re-order the other pair. I re-ordered and still have not received the second pair. It shows that they were delivered on November 17th, but I never got them. I emailed again on the 29th and am horrified that they asked me to track down my mail carrier and/or go to USPS to try to find the $20 booties. I was disappointed that with the first order I was asked to order another pair of the booties instead of Tanga just sending them. Now after I order them--- they don't come at all? Terrible business. I asked them to refund me my money. They refused because I didn't pay for the insurance, which was way too much to pay and told me to file a grievance with USPS. Unbelievable.
