On Christmas they opened the pad and found a used size small pad with the old style valve. Rather then send me the proper mat and honor the price they refunded my money. They claimed all of their stock was like this, yet the size regular/wide is still for sale on their site. They screwed up Christmas and left me embarrassed for giving a used pad in the wrong size as a gift.
