    I bought a pair of boots almost 2 weeks ago and hadn't received them. So I called customer service today and they told me that the boots were now out of stock. I'm so disappointed and upset.     I bought a metal shelf and it arrived pretty much mangled - one whole side smashed. Sent it back immediately with their return label - tracking said the got it over a month ago, they say almost 3 weeks ago, and they STILL won't refund my $. They just ping pong you between departments and then email saying wait another 5-7 business days. They're basically out there stealing money.     My daughter NEVER received her shoes and my case was closed with Zero concern with not receiving my purchased item or a refund. No one has reached out to me since all of this has happened other than the agent that initially opened the claim. I definitely will not shop here again and anyone that asks me about your company will definitely get my honest opinion…which is you suck!     This was a really disappointing order. I purchased shoes online and they shipped it haphazardly, there was no packing in the box and the shoes were all rattling around. They barely taped the lid closed. Inside the shoe boxes were damaged and someone used tape to try to repair them. Shoes were clearly worn as there was hair in one of them. Would not do business.     This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company do not ever shop here. I ordered two items that were clearly in stock and many other sizes in each shoe, I waited 12 days to see if they would ship. They never did so I called and the lady was being very rude and then proceeded to send me an email that said my order was canceled but they gave me 20 percent off one item like that means absolutely anything. Overall never spend your money here it's the biggest waste of time and the worst experience I have ever had in a business. Do better. If i could give zero stars I absolutely would.     2 problems. I ordered 4 shirts. The 1st problem is 3 shirts came (one has a security tag attched.) The 2nd problem, when I finally got a notification that the 4th shirt was delivered, I looked outside and it was not there.     On Friday 12/1/2023 I tried to order Christmas gifts for my daughter, they said there was an error so I checked and everything was right so I hit submit again. Still an error. I checked my bank account and they took the payment twice. Called customer service they were rude and told me it was my banks fault. Waited until 12/7 for the charges to drop off my bank account.     I placed an order with Tillys and received a tracking number. The tracking never changed from shipping status. I waited 10 days called Tillys they gave me a ticket number and the agent who helped me said Im not the first one who called that day saying the same thing. She filed the case and magically the shipping company changed the status to delivered 3 days after it shipped. It is a flat out lie. I have cameras and I was home. Nothing came. Tillys contacted me via email and said Im SOL because it must have been stolen. They are closing the case. I come on here and find out this happens often and Tillys responds the same way to everyone.     My son ordered $160. Worth of stuff after working his $#*! off all week and he wanted to buy a sell something and he gets to check out he presses proceed puts his information in for his payment. They take the payment but then it says error on the order. So not only did they take the money but they didn't even place an order. So now he has to wait 5 to 7 days before he can get his money back to even try to proceed another order. I suggest you don't highly recommend that you do not even go to Tilly's online because they said it's a hit and miss and then a lot of customers are going through the same thing. I don't see how they're still in business. I will not give them a rating if I don't have to Tip for consumers:Maybe fix your website because your website sucks. Now too many people are going through the same thing and you have no warning that you may have problems ordering from you guys. My son works too hard for him not to be able to get what he ordered.     Was charged 3 different times on my account of $63.89. I called and they said I would have to wait 5-7 days for the money to be placed back into my account, so while waiting for my money to be placed back into my account they for some reason charged me a 4th time a whole week after even placing the order. I have two of the $63.89 transactions back in my account but never received the last one. Don't order from here. Listen to the other reviewers. This place is a nightmare and so is customer service.     I order 2 shirts for Christmas. January 22nd and I didn't receive him until January. The second the shirts are very thin and cheaply made and the caller was supposed to be a burnt orange which is actually looks like red. I have no one to give them to since the people had already went back home. So i'm just going to donate the junk.     My son is very particular about the shirts he wears. He received a $75 gift card as a Christmas gift. I created a brand new account to order what he selected when his gift card. I even paid for expedited shipping. Somehow some other address in another state was the shipping address. As soon as I saw I contacted customer service. First I was told it was probably a fake address and the items would be returned to the warehouse and I could resubmit my order. Then I was told to file a local police report (even though it was sent to a different state), then I was told it was my fault and they weren't liable. There's no other address on my account. There's zero reason it should have a different address in another state. I tried calling and was told the person I was emailing with was the supervisor and there's nothing they can do.     The first time I ordered from Tilly's I got an email saying my order was delivered. However, I never actually received the order. Long story short, after contacting customer service, it was determined the package had been stolen. Fine, it happens. It sucks, but it happens. The second time I ordered from them I waited over a month for my order to be delivered. Contacted customer service and luckily they did give me a refund but why wouldn't they reach out to me and let me know there was an issue?     I ordered pants online that never came. I called the company several times and put a tracking order on the item to see what had happened. They claimed that the package had reached my city and there was nothing they could do to help me.     I bought this belt on 4/12, wore it 4/15 for less than half a day before it snapped. Took it into Tilly's for a refund with receipt, however the sales associate denied the return as it did not have the tags and simply said "call customer service".     I ordered my wife a pair of the grey Adidas U Path Runs on April 17th. Original delivery date was Tue 4/21 that changed to 4/22 then 4/24 and finally settled on 4/25. The shipment arrived and upon opening the packaging I discovered they sent the wrong shoes! I called there customer service number, which the individual on the other end sounded like she just rolled out of bed, and had zero luck getting it resolved. They said I'd have to pay to send the shoes back, pay for expedited shipping to get the right shoes sent, and then come to find out they're now sold out of the shoe I ordered and paid for.     I would not recommend purchasing shoes from this company. I tried to return a pair of white Vans shoes that were destroyed after washing, as per the items washing instructions: wash in cold water and allow to air-dry. However, after they dried, a yellow stain surrounded the rubber part along the bottom of both shoes, traveling up onto the canvas all around both shoes. When I tried to the shoes at the Tilly's in the Fashion Fair Mall in Fresno, CA, one week after purchasing them online with my original receipt, I was refused my money back and told I should not have washed the shoes. Unfortunately, washing garments worn on a daily basis is unavoidable, at some point. However, the day after I purchased the shoes, my puppy stepped on the top side of one shoe leaving a small dirt print. The dirty paw print washed off completely, but the they were ruined by a chemical or glue that was used to make the shoes. Tip for consumers:I wouldn't recommend purchasing shoes from the store.     I spent almost $100 on an online purchase. Tillys must have a contract with ontrac to steal peoples money. Case is closed tillys said ontrac "delivered" my package. I called customer service and they told me to call my bank and dispute the purchase. That is FRAUD. I never received my package. I won't shop at Tillys anymore. I buy all my brothers and sisters gifts there. I will post anywhere I can for people to not shop there. I will picket your store and hand out flyers that Tillys steals. Tillys has no problem STEALING customers' money. Other people have written that they never got their packages and never got a refund. Wish I could give negative stars.     Tilly's store is nice but the sales are misleading. They are SAF. The store team members do not tell you when you check out about the sale doesn't match this sale there are too many sales in the store too many sale signs so when you pull an item from the BOGO rack and another item which states it's on the BOGO rack as well but then there's another sign that's really small next to it stating it s not the same sale and they don't tell you this to check out.     I would like to give Tilly's props and a retraction of this review. They came through credited my account on on 9/19/19 and I reordered the backpack immediately, however, it is 9/25/19 and is still in transit. Expected delivery on 9/28/19. No biggie.     Ordered backpack on August 26,2019 for niece as a surprise. It's September 15 and today when I was talking to her she had no idea what I was talking about. Called Tilly's customer service they want to do an investigation bc tracking says package delivered. Uh, okay... I'm saying it was not delivered.     I found the exact shoes that I wanted for half the price of my Vans store! New with tags, perfect condition. I was hesitant to order because of all of the bad reviews, but maybe they've turned things around. Give them a shot. My shoes arrived 2 days FASTER than was originally estimated.
