The first time I look to buy full sized, full priced items, they embarrass themselves. It's been 2 weeks waiting for my order so far and the customer service agents don't seem concerned, which makes me think they are all aware of an internal issue. The 2nd agent didn't even apologise until I asked for it. What have they done to their staff?!? Is it the changes implemented by Unilever? Is my product, whenever it arrives going to be OK? The same quality? Has 2 weeks of transit made any difference to its efficacy? I'm sad but not too troubled as although I won't be using this company anymore, I know several outlets that sell these products. Even ebay has their stuff. I never have to use their company again and don't recommend anyone else does either.
