I ordered over one hundred boxes of cookies and response on placing the order was slow. Then when I expected a few orders to arrive, that same day the rep informed me there was a shipping delay. I have asked for shipping tracking information for 2 days now and nothing yet. I am beginning to wonder if these cookies will ever arrive. I hope they are edible too. I will never order again. I had a company-wide event to push a safety initiative and we wanted to go outside the norm and add cookies for each attendee. We had a tight deadline, but after researching other companies, and seeing their product samples showcasing well-known companies, we placed an order for 300 individually wrapped butter shortbread cookies with a custom logo - and they delivered with hours to spare. Next year, we will plan further in advance so not to place undue pressure even though they've proven they can work well under the confines of a tight deadline.
