Origins is false advertising. I've been a loyal customer for years and recently made a purchase of over $140 to receive a bonus 15pc gift, only to be told that wasn't an option because the whole site was 30% off. But their add clearly points out the 30% off PLUS bonus gifts when you reach certain thresholds. Very disappointed and will no longer shop at Origins. I even have screenshots of the advertisement and the "Customer Service" reps answer telling me that they aren't offing the free sets because of the 30% off. Unreal! If you are transferred, the chances are 50/50 that you will get disconnected. I was on the online chat and told that it might take up two days to get an email to me to change my password. It wasn't worth asking why. Tip for consumers:If you want to purchase Origins products you would be better served buying them in person or on line from a retail store.
