The absolute worst customer service I have ever received in my entire 35 years of existence. Sofia, the cashier in the print section in the Garner NC location was incredibly rude. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day. Nope, she was even worse today. Have already filed a complaint and won't just let this one go. She instigated an already tense situation. 10/10 she needs to be punched in the face. Sofia, if you see this, please find me, you have all of my information in your system. Call me. Show up.
