They have a horrible customer service. I wanted to speak to the manager and they said that the manager is not going to give me a call back as this is not their problem- terrible customer service and very disappointed that the manager she refused to speak with me. The person on the phone raised his voice and he was very irritated that i even called- will not ever buy things online as they are not helpful at all even when it is their fault. They have delivered to a wrong address and on top of that i have stated that i need my items in the next few days as leaving in holiday- stated that is not their problem and said that i have to wait and they will decide later on- Guys, the customer service is so horrible and i have spend around £50 for 3 pairs of shorts and now I am at loss due to them and they even refuse to speak to meUse to love miss selfridge not anymore it's all changed. Jeans that I use to buy have been changed to cheap material and don't fit the same, also returns that get sent back I have to chase up for a refund 28 days after being sent back. ALL IN ALL I ACTUALLY CANNOT BE BOTHERED TO SHOP THERE ANY MORE. CUSTOMER SERVICE TAKE 8 DAYS TO REPLY TO A EMAIL THEN THEY CANT GET WHAT YOU ARE GOING ON ABOUT SO THEN YOU END UP SPENDING TWO WEEKS TRYING TO SORT SOMETHING OUT.Absolutely love MissSelfridge, although it can be hit and miss for clothes sometime (but many shops are like that) I cannot fault them at all! I bought one for my graduation, which is absolutely stunning.I received an email saying I had placed an order for 52 pounds, addressed to my name. I called them straight away to see if someone had been using my account and credit card. The girl dealing with me was back and forth from the phone not saying much for a whole 20 minutes and I was calling internationally. What a waste of time and money. However the most annoying thing is that when she couldn't solve my query at the end she hung up! There was no call back. I have also sent them two emails. I still worry they have processed the order my credit card balance has not been updated yet.
