So it seemed some good 'I never lose an argument' dynamic was put in play by the 'customer service rep', who could have been the same guy who actually shipped the product. It felt like a small operation with little or no business rules process. It's been over a week beyond the promised five business days and they still haven't refunded me. I'm worried they won't even refund me, which will mean I lost hundreds of dollars on an item I thought I'd save a few dollars on. In short, the customer service is bad. If you're looking for deals I would recommend Woot.com. They ship fast and answer question in a timely manner. Avoid Dailysteals if you want your product in a timely manner. Upon looking at the bottle I discovered that it has scuff marks on the top and bottom. Additionally, a nice chip of glass is missing from the back. It's safe to assume that someone opened and diluted it before selling it. It does smell like the perfume, but so faintly compared to the real deal.
