I bought to Daily Steals severas times and never HAD a complain.
But last month I bought an IPad Air and never received.
I let they know it, the aswered me they're going to investígate about it.
I am waiting their response. I hope they Find any solución before Christmas because it was a gift to my wife

Products used:I never received my iPad, they day it was delivered already; but I never received.
They show me a picture of my front door with a package on the floor.
How can they leave an iPod outside in front of my door? Anybody can take it.
I bought the iPad to Daily Steals and they are responsable that I received my ítem.
For now I Am still waiting for the “investigation” they day that are doing.
I hope they finish with it soon, because it was a Christmas gift to my wife.

Date of experience: November 23, 2024Ordered an item based on the model they advertised. They sent me the incorrect model and have yet to replace or refund me. Takes forever to get a response. Do not use this company. Items don't even come in original packaging. Almost like they are returns from other stores. As you can see model number on order is not what I received and does not work like the one advertised that I ordered.
Date of experience: December 15, 2021I placed an order with Daily Steals for a laptop. They sent me the laptop with the wrong selected specs. I send it in for a refund and they told me they would not refund me the shipping, even though they sent the wrong product. The response back was ridiculous, 'We didn't promise a 120 GB hard drive', but they had it as a selectable option, and the price changes when you select any of the different choices. So it seemed some good 'I never lose an argument' dynamic was put in play by the 'customer service rep', who could have been the same guy who actually shipped the product. It felt like a small operation with little or no business rules process.
It's been over a week beyond the promised five business days and they still haven't refunded me. I'm worried they won't even refund me, which will mean I lost hundreds of dollars on an item I thought I'd save a few dollars on.
In short, the customer service is bad.
Tip for consumers:If you want a good used or refurbished product, don't order from DailySteals.com, just buy it from an ebay user with hundreds of good reviews. The service I received from DailySteals.com was plain awful.

What I got was a complete off brand knock off version of what they advertised. Made a ticket to ask for the actual item that was advertised or a refund. Support jerked me around telling me to keep waiting 2-3 business days more then twice. Just to get another email saying that my ticket has been closed. They closed my ticket without even talking or trying to resolve the issue.

I thought I was getting a bargain "10 different maybelline nail polishes for $11.99" they pick them for you so you don't know which color you will get, which was fine. The problem was that I got 3 same black ones, three same navy, two same dark blue, a lighter blue and white. Don't be fooled like I was.
Date of experience: September 2, 2018They've been jerking my chain since June. Every ticket says something different, that is when they finally reply. They sent wrong item ( appears to be their MO). First I told them I wanted what I ordered, they said they don't do replacements. Finally I said give me my money back, Now they say they have shipped it from Warehouse. No matter how many times I've sent a "Ticket" stating I want a refund I have been ignored. DO NOT order from this rip-off company, you'll be sorry.

I first requested them to send what I ordered, when that didn’t work I requested a refund. They have supposedly shipped the “correct” One even though I have requested a refund over and over.

Have emailed customer service twice and received no response back. No contact phone number on the website to call. Would not recommend buying from them.

When it finally arrived after two weeks it was chipped, something was loose inside. Basically it was damaged junk. My next order, well, I don't know what I'm going to get. It's been 15 days and still no product. The people who run this company should be arrested!

Date of experience: September 18, 2020Lots of bad reviews here, but I've only had one issue out of 20+ orders... and it was taken care of promptly. I order from other daily deal sites... and they're all a little slow on the shipping. This is B stock, people. Manufacturers and wholesalers dump their left over stock at low prices and sites like dailysteals provide great pricing on these items. People want shipping next day... well you have to PAY for quality like that. Love how everyone wants to pay nothing for the superior quality.
Date of experience: January 30, 2014I was informed my item shipped and they gave me a tracking number. The tracking link never showed it as actually being accepted by the USPS. That was over a month ago. Despite 9 ticket replies "Brandon" keeps auto replying "We are working on a resolution for you right away. Please be attentive to an email update." -- They never respond with anything else or update anything for that matter. I've contacted Paypal to cancel this order. "Daily Steals" is the perfect name for this company.

Date of experience: May 29, 2018I have bought several items from the site. Initially it was OK. It took a little longer than expected to get the items. Now it's increasing worse. First weeks and now over a month. Getting help from them is impossible. I received a response to my question about a week later and it was absolutely no help. I enjoy online deal sites but I will never use this one again. If you're looking for deals I would recommend Woot.com. They ship fast and answer question in a timely manner. Avoid Dailysteals if you want your product in a timely manner. My detailed ratings may look a little unusual but how can you give free shipping anything but 5 stars and the quality of the products is not the issue for me.
Tip for consumers:Google the item you're looking at on Dailysteals and if can find it closely priced buy it somewhere else. For me a paying a little extra is worth all the time and headache you will save ordering from Dailysteals. Woot.com is also a great site to find deals.

No ability to track order through their site, no reference numbers, no recognition of my email address. Now I am fighting to ship back a product that came late and has been replaced already. Proceed Cautiously if you deal with DailySteals!

I also never heard back on questions sent via the support email, the website, nor via the chat function. And the goods have never arrived.

USPS said that it was delivered. I have not received it. As of today, I have exchanged 13 e-mails trying to get the item or a refund. Just getting run around. Don't recommend using this site. Seems you get what you pay for in quality and less than that in customer service.

Customer service was clueless (wanting me to return it so they can send the missing parts.?). Seems the one I got doesn't take attachments (only reason I bought the thing). They sent me something wrong and won't take it back. Just horrible knowledge of your inventory. STAY AWAY

Date of experience: March 22, 2022I decided to purchase 3.4 oz. Of Viva La Juicy-Juicy Couture perfume from this website against my better judgement. When I first sprayed it, it smelled so strongly of alcohol I couldn't tell if the perfume was coming through at all. Upon looking at the bottle I discovered that it has scuff marks on the top and bottom. Additionally, a nice chip of glass is missing from the back. It's safe to assume that someone opened and diluted it before selling it. It does smell like the perfume, but so faintly compared to the real deal. Don't bother trying to get a bargain from this seller, it won't happen.

It was more frustrating trying to deal with a customer service group then worth the money that was involved. Do yourself a favor and avoid purchasing from. Usually in life deals are too good to be true they probably are.

Gave me tracking numbers for open orders that have yet to have any information on it (a month later). Slow response time for customer service (if you receive any at all). They still owe me items from last month that i may never see at all. Main items on website are backwater generics that you would really find a review of before clicking the 'add to cart' button. In short, use at your own risk, i won't be using them again.

Keep in mind, it is not easy to return to them. They make you jump through hoops and so not answer your emails promptly. This last order, 2 solar lights, 1 came damaged in the box. I asked them to just replace the broken one. They wanted a sample of my DNA and proof of purchase which they already knew I purchased it from them. Ridiculous and anyone contemplating from purchasing from them should think twice. Their refurbished items are really damaged items. I purchased a tablet that arrived with a scratched screen. The scratch was so deep that if you ran your finger across it, you would cut yourself. I had to send 8 pictures of the scratch before they allowed me to send it back for a refund. If you ever got that feeling that you were not dealing with an on the up company, purchasing from them will make you feel that way."
Date of experience: March 16, 2013Will never order anything ever again from that store, it takes up to 48 hours for them to ship your orders while other companies ship your order within the same day if not within next few hours, and their prices are not the best either, I m pretty sure if you do little research on the item you want to buy, you can find at a better price and much faster shipping, you want make the best out of your money, to shop at daily steals would be just plenty stupid!
