The order is lost in transit. Contact their customer service for a solution. They said they need to start an investigation in a week. OK, I can wait. And then their logistics will start an investigation in 48 hours. OK, I have to wait. After that, no answer heard back ever again. It seems every department of theirs needs to go through the investigation one by one. I paid for two days' shipping and now more than three weeks passed. Arrived in a Hunter boot box, were brand new, no scratches or blemishes. Very happy with my purchase. Had a card enclosed thanking me for my purchase from AreaTrend along with a brief history of the company and a phone number in case I was not happy. Gave them 5 stars for quality, price and meeting delivery date. They never fulfilled their promise and "apologized for the inconveniences". They didn't take responsibility for their mistake and I got ripped off $25CAD. The customer service didn't offer me to ship me the right size. Products might be cheap priced, however, this seller is a liar and not trustworthy. Very bad business practices. Walmart should be ashamed of letting their customers dealing with them. Tip for consumers:Shop somewhere else and make sure they take FULL responsibility for their actions. I emailed to the *******@areatrend, no response. I have contacted Walmart no response from them yet. I'm going to contact them again I have sent another email to area trend they are scammers they are not real and I won't be ordering from Walmart.com again!
