I purchased the Vikky v3 Women's Wide Sneakers. I am so disappointed in this product. I have purchased Pumas in the past and loved them, but these have such an awful quality. I have worn them just about three months and they are completely falling apart. The insoles and interior sides have almost entirely disappeared and pieces of plastic are now cutting into my heels and destroying all of my socks. I contacted Puma about this and they said there was nothing they could do because they claimed it wasn't a manufacturing issue. Shoes shouldn't fall apart like that.

Date of experience: August 2, 2024The insole wears out in two weeks and it starts to hurt because of this net-like structure. And even if you manage to fix it, the sole will be completely worn out with a huge holes in about a month. Puma started making absolute garbage and they know it. Now I know they state a month of guarantee for a reason. Never ever buying again from this company. The quality has become even worse than of Asian no-name shoe brands.

Date of experience: September 17, 2023Got a $100 shoe for my very careful teen. They wore it for 4 days just to school without PE and showing signs of worn out. I went to the store on day 32 as it was far off and it's holiday season, they decline return and or exchange as no shoe was worn. It was a very clean piece and there was no way for her to tell had I not told them. Finally they agreed even exchange and I could only like a $30 shoe that I evened out for $100. Best part it's the same story with shoe on the second day of wearing. They all rip from the ankle area. This the photo after day 2 for show #2

I contacted the company and even sent photos, but after corresponding back and forth about 4 times they didn't do anything for me. Poor product and even worse customer service.

For example Nike would cost me much more than that just because it's Nike. Adidas is the same thing. But in terms of quality Puma doesn't concede to both of these shoe giants.

Date of experience: October 15, 2023I am a nurse and I swear by the Puma Prowl. This shoe should be the shoe that the nursing profession looks to. With the thick cut ankle socks. The rubber sole helps me react to emergencies faster by making it there safely and quickly. It is a pull on so there are no laces to trip over. The fabric helps my feet breath. I found this shoe almost two years ago and have worn it ever since.

Date of experience: October 21, 2023They're return policy is the worst and as I told the third person I've talked to since I've not received my refund that was sent back and delivered to their warehouse on 6/29 that this is 2023 and they're running a business like it's 2000. Just an FYI they told me that they have up to a total of 10 business days to even start processing the returns which doesn't include weekends or holidays. So, Monday 7/17 will be the "tenth business day" before they start the process then I have to wait for my card company to apply it. My order was almost $600 that I'm still waiting on a refund. The last customer service agent started telling me unrelated stuff and I had to shut her up about people return cat litter in boxes as refunds so that's why they started doing the ten day processing. Literally the worst customer service ever in my life. I regret ever doing this one and only transaction with them.

When complained the customer care said they can't help because they cannot find any fault at there end and the order was correctly packed and dispatched from warehouse and was delivered without damage. It's not Rs. 100- Rs. 200 footwear, it costs thousands of rupees and to bear a loss/fraud this huge from a reputed brand is highly highly disappointing.

I reached a dollar amount to where I received free standard shipping which I was pleased with (which is specified as 5-7 days). But, now it has been over a week, and while my product should have arrived today, now the tracking system has pushed back my estimated delivery to arrive in another week. I was starting to think I should have just paid for express shipping, but according to other reviews that would be a waste of money as they are not guaranteed on time either.
Bottom Line: Purchase in a store if you can find one near you. Online ordering is SO not worth it.
Date of experience: June 1, 2017Do not buy so much a a pair of socks from this company. I ordered three pairs of shoes which never were sent. That didn't stop them from accepting the payment. After a month I called them. They said they would refund me. A few weeks later I called back. They said I just have to wait a bit longer. I continued to called once every few weeks and got the same answer until one day, a few months later, they just said, it was too long ago the transaction is not on our record sorry, bye. We'll offer you a discount on your next purchase. Which I didn't accept because they already stole $200 from me and I would rather not have them steal anymore. I just cant a believe a multi billion dollar company needs to rip people off for a couple hundred bucks. I've read other people's reviews this happens pretty often. By the way I've bought shoes on footlocker and converse's online stores. The delivery and product are both excellent. Never buying Pumas again.
Date of experience: January 6, 2018Puma's shoes become worn out very quick. Got some puma sneakers back in late December 2022 as of late March 2023 the shoe started to tear. The front of it also started to crease as well and rubber is starting to tear and come off. The shoes are of low quality and are not cheap which is disappointing. If you want shoes, buy from another company other than puma.

I never received confirmation of my order and was given incorrect information about delivery. It has been 48 hrs since I placed my order and I already called back 3 times to get information. I just got off the phone with a representative and you could hear his poor attitude and insincere handling of my call. I wish that I checked customer reviews first, but maybe this will help someone else avoid my mistake in doing business with PUMA.
Date of experience: June 13, 2016Hi just a heads up please do not order any item from puma official website. They do not have proper tracking system and you have to pay the all expenses. Ex:- duty, shipping charge also if you want to return the product you have to pay and you won't get the refund. This is the puma's main profits. Be aware of it.
My best choice to ordering online from Nike, Adidas, New balance really faster shipping with no charges and returns are totally free also they will refund you the full amount right after they received the package.
Please do not spend time with Puma customers rep totally waste of time.

I reached out to the company to let them know of the cracking on both top of my sneakers with pictures and receipt that they requested. Only to get a I will give you 30% off your next puma purchase. WHY would I want to purchase again when clearly the quality of this sneaker is poor. How about refund me 30% of my monies in return, sorry we can not go beyond this accommodation. This is a replicable company and they should want to make sure there customers are satisfied. I wore these sneakers very little because I love shoes, I will not purchase another puma product. I will make all my social media family and friends aware so they will not endure the same issue going forward.
Date of experience: March 27, 2022I ordered a pair of trainers from Puma online and was sent the wrong pair (wrong design and different size). They advised to send them back for a refund and 40 days later I am still waiting. I have phoned and emailed numerous times and just get told they will 'forward my request to the corresponding team'. On a couple of occasions I have been blatantly lied to, presumably just to get rid of me. I also had a 60% discount code which I was told I would be given another one so that I could order again at the same price. It took 5 weeks to get this. Absolutely awful customer service.
I have like Puma trainers, but even with the discount code I have decided to never shop here again.
Date of experience: April 4, 2023I had to deduct one star because of the pricing issues at the puma site. Sometimes the outlet had the item for far less while it was sold higher on the internet site. I called for a price match and they would not do it but gave me 20% (I already had received my order). You can return items and get your money back, but how inconvenient is that. Just price match with your self and your competitors PUMA! Once again you have to do your homework with this site and make sure it is offering the best price. Good products and a wide variety of puma goods including collaborations. Update: Puma had to change its web site to us.puma.com. If you go to the old site it was taken over by scammers.
