Wasted half the week on expedited orders charging 400% shipping than next sellers, and failed to supply shipping tracking info from Saturday - weds, yet contradicting emails were tossed out immediately claiming this and that, and verifying order has not left their hands yet today- I'll be waiting a week for refund payment likely on this bogus craphouse. Some people's kids...
Tip for consumers:They need to get their head out their @$$ and quit trying this new age deflection smoke and mirrors nonsense. If they can't figure out their legal commitment made to goods/services, get their @$$ out of the parts logistics business. Never stood a chance anyway. PATHETIC negative 5 stars

Date of experience: January 14, 2025You see the trend right? I ordered a transmission service kit and fluid and it was received fairly quickly. After the job was done my mechanic realized on the empty bottles they had sent the wrong fluid. Several drain and refills later (on my dime) the car is okay. Customer service (yes, Aaron...you) was completely useless and was kind of a jackass really. "Since the fluid is already in your car and there is nothing for you to send back, management will not issue a refund. You should have checked, what if we sent you brake fluid?" Not, we made a mistake so let's fix that. It was made very clear that all the mistakes were mine. I've been a customer since getting my first BMW in 2001 and it had always been great. But something has dramatically changed at AutohausAZ and not for the good. They have lost my business, there are too many other businesses that have what I need. Mistakes happen, and by the looks of all the reviews it happens frequently. It is unfortunate they won't own up to make things right.

I have used their system to reach them and no response! They tell you to please call them in the email they send you, but when you call they tell you to just go to their website and fill out a form for them to reach back to you? BS!

Date of experience: September 19, 2024The part didn't fit my engine, even know I gave them my year model and all the required details. No live customer service. It took over a day to get a response. "Unfortunately we do not have Technical support. But this part does have restrictions on it as specified in our catalog" The catalog isn't available for the customers to see, and they never mentioned restriction while I was making the purchase.
I'll never buy from them again.

Date of experience: June 5, 2023Ordered 2 rear brake disks that were on sale. They fit my model according to the description, $30 for shipping. When they arrived they didn't fit. Apparently I didn't do my research through a Mercedes VIN search. Then a $60 credit deduction for the return shipping! Using their live chat, there were no solutions, offers, or concessions given. $90 down the drain for nothing. Stay away!

Date of experience: June 7, 2023Received very poorly packed parts, they were failing out of box and the left and right parts don't match, they don't have the same nuts and the dust boots have different color fasteners. When I went to return them locally no one was available, just a cardboard box outside the locked entrance saying returns. Tried to reach customer service, phone number tells you to go online and hangs up. Used the chat and was told I needed to get a return authorization before I can return. In addition to not being able to speak to anyone, they insult you on the chat. I used to love AutohausAZ because of their customer service. I think they forgot that they are not the only site that sells European auto parts, it was their customer service that differentiated them from the others. I'll move my business elsewhere which is a shame, I've bought thousands of dollars in parts over the last decade plus from them.

The catalog clearly states OEM air filter but the small description under air filter called it vacuum element. I requested a return for a $23 part, cost of return $22. The only way you can communicate with this company is via email. Response time is 2 to 3 days. Once you hand over your cash your ability to resolve issue is zero. I looked at their website again and found another

Date of experience: March 27, 2024Gave 2 stars since my did receive my part that was ordered. Only, I am very annoyed that it is an act of congress to get in touch with customer service. The online request was filled out 4-5 times. I received no response. I took the chance and ordered my parts and only then did I get an angry email about the order I placed and paid $~48.00 for expedited shipping but still waited 5 days. What is that? I have sent more emails about this issue and have not gotten a response. Do FCP Euro instead. At least they answer abba actually care about the customer. I welcome their call and emails to rectify this issue.
Tip for consumers:Don’t pay for fast shipping. Total rip off considering they do t even call you back when filling out their form. You so will not get it on time. A waste of $50.00.

Parts selection has been good but over time their policies on shipping etc. became less attractive and shipments arrived with longer lead times. Today I got a notice that their systems were breached in late NOVEMBER and the hackers got my information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, email and address. It was a no-reply email so I had to send a note to their *******@autohausaz.com requesting that they purge all my information and confirm back to me when this request is completed. Their privacy policy was written in 2002 and last updated in 2018 so clearly they are not very proactive on these issues. I will likely take my business to others who better protect customer data and are more responsive and transparent when bad things happen.

Date of experience: January 5, 2023I've been ordering from these guys for a long time. I placed an order 10 days ago and the order still hasn't shipped. They make up lies why they haven't shipped the order and promised my order would be shipped, they even told me the order is shipped and gave me a tracking number that doesn't show the freight company has received the order. I will never order anything from them again. Don't get sucked in to buying anything from them their customer service is terrible. I understand why they won't let people call them and they will not call you back when you request a call.

It has been weeks now since I have been seeking guidance from AutohausAZ on how to do the return and receive a refund. I get a generiac reply that they will look into it and respond. Communication is very poor, customer service appears non existent, and good luck trying to get a refund. Hope these deficiencies in service get rectified, as I'd like to give them the benefit of doubt.

Date of experience: September 6, 2023Lazy cusotmer service staff (Timothy in this case). Was just shipped an injector and I was asking what all the numbers meant in terms of coding to the ECU. Didn't care couldn't be bothered. I also asked about the T junction for the return leak lines...he just sent me the parts look up link! No effort at all.

When I returned the item the same day I received it, my refund was reduced by shipping charge to me and a HIGHER shipping cost to send it back. Use someone else for your purchases.

I don't believe so. It is now *******, package still doesn't show up on UPS or USPS. Paul wrote the name down wrong. I am told the visa card would have displayed correct spelling. He blamed me for choosing surface mail. Really. They are in Tempe, I am in Southern Utah. Should've been here by now. Should've showed up on tracking.

Well I broke my radiator and tried these guys for flat rate. I ended up paying for 2 day shipping but they haven't shipped and it's been 4 days now! F' ing really? You think a customer that paid expedited shipping might need that radiator? Customer service is a "y" oke if you can reach. With a capital Mexican "J " still dont understand why I cannot get a refund considering they haven't shipped it. Leave that up to my amex... just one of these companies that I should have read the reviews first

They list hard to find parts as "usually ships in 2 business days" or something similar, so you happily order. Several days/weeks/months later (was different time frame every time I tried ordering from them) they notify you that the parts are not available and cancel your order and refund your money. Is this how they keep a high working capital? Are they running a Madeoff scam? Or are they just completely incompetent? I think it isn't worth trying to use them, because you will not have the part you wanted, and an opportunity to get it elsewhere may be gone by the time they "cancel" your order as well...
Tip for consumers:Just don't purchase anything there. You'll either get a wrong part and have to pay return shipping or get nothing at all, letting them use your money for a random amount of time for free.

Date of experience: May 7, 2020I haven't ordered anything from these guys in about a year or so, but every time I did I never had an issue. I like reassurance that my order was received, that its being shipped and the link to track the shipment. These guys delivered on all of it. Order with confidence, if you like their price, you will get exactly what you ordered exactly when they say you will (barring the fed ex or UPS truck crashing on the way to your house).
Date of experience: April 8, 2014I rebuild/restore at least six import cars per year, typically from ground zero up, and consistently use AutohausAZ for parts and pricing. No problems with shipping or customer service in the past, and have contacted them often for part clarification and description/fit. I highly recommend AutohausAZ as a parts supplier. Seems they have several items on backorder from time to time, but I think that applies to all part warehouses. Not sure what problems others are having with negative reviews, but that just hasn't been my experience... and I order a lot of parts.
