The support prevents my boys from hitting my legs or getting stuck as I develop a sweat. I also like the wide leg-straps, keeps everything in place that a gym rat would want. So, if you're new to a jock strap, give these Nike ones a try…you'll never go back to wearing compression shorts under your shorts I promise.
