I ordered Black Opium from Fragrance Net. The price was good. However, the fragrance does not last so my wife thinks it is a knock off. I tried to contact the company on their website. When I put in the order number it says no such number. I emailed them with no response. I called and got a robot that says they can't take phone calls. On the website it says you can chat, but there is no way to access chat. I think the game is to just wear you down as you try to contact them, and you just give up. Do not buy from this company. Then if you look closely at their terms for reimbursements.it says on the last point, you cant ask for a reimbursement on a fraudulent product.how dishonest, theiving BS is that.they know and waved their liability basically.So i lost my money! Maybe thats fine with perfumes but for a product you put on your skin or hair.i cant trust it or risk it. So frustrating
