I order my husband a pair of Jordan once I received my order it was one Shoe in the box. I have been told several times that the shoes would be here in 4-6 business days. But to get told today that the shoes are no longer available. But they have been giving me the run around.

Date of experience: December 20, 2024Do not order online! Buy in store! My package was delivered 2 days early (good thing right?) Unfortunately I was not aware of this. The package was left at the bottom of my stairs and subsequently stolen. I called customer service and was advised I'd receive a refund due to this. A week later after not receiving a refund or any further information I contacted finish line today and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. I called back and spoke to someone who stated since it was delivered to the right address I would not receive a refund. I advised the package was not delivered on the day I prepared for it to be delivered and asked to speak with a manager and was advised the manager was on another call. After being placed on hold again I was advised another refund request would be issued and waited for an invoice number. Instead the call was terminated on their end. I called for the 3rd time and immediately asked for a manager, sharing the details of both previous calls. I got an apology and an explanation of what had already been explained. Never got to speak with a manager.

Date of experience: November 12, 2024Me and my wife ordered 4 pairs of shoes 2 kids pairs and 2 adult pairs. Well we received 3 of the 4 pairs an I have been trying for over a week and a half to contact someone but when I call I just set waiting for 2 or 3 hours and no one answers my call at all I have sent multiple emails and got nothing back. This is the absolute worse company I have ordered anything from they don't give a $#*! about there customers so I would spend my money elsewhere. They won't be getting anymore money from me.
Date of experience: January 17, 2024Purchased shoes 1/7, received tracking information 1/7 however shoes did not ship until 1/11. When I inquired, I was told with 5-7 days for standard shipping. Why send the tracking information the same day? It is 1/16 and shoes still have not been delivered.
Also purchased from a competitor the same day. I have received shoes, returned for a larger size, and they are scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. My advice, shop somewhere else.

Called service numerous times and waited on hold for literally HOURS and never received an answer. I have a paper trail of emails exchanged back and forth, saying they cannot send a return label only FedEx and such. I finally just went and returned them to the store, the store manager called customer service and got a confirmation number however now the order says complete. No shoes were shipped no refund no communication at all. I would NOT recommend at all, sadly I am out of the gift and also my money.

Date of experience: June 23, 2024I bought a Nike sweatshirt outfit online, but it was shipped with the ink-filled security tags still attached. My nearest physical store locations are over an hour away, and after calling them, I found they do not utilize the same inventory tag system and wouldn't be able to remove them anyway. After calling customer service, I was placed in a line for 51 minutes and decided to send an email via the contact form online. After over a week of no response, I decided to call again and was placed into another line of 58 minutes. I finally resorted to watching multiple youtube videos and attacking the tags very carefully with a dremel tool. The clothes are fine, but I won't be purchasing anything else from Finish Line until they get their customer service sorted out.

Date of experience: May 26, 2024I ordered a pair Nike Air Force Ones for my daughter online for Christmas. She wore them to school and complain that they didn't fit. When I looked at them, I noticed they sent us a size 10 and 7.5. I called customer service and they stated that they couldn't accept a return because the shoe had been worn and its been over 45 days. I understand the return policy but this is exigent circumstances. REALLY, what can I do with one shoe that fits? I have been a loyal Fishline customer for years but that stops immediately. This is bad business.

I would recommend you buy from a place with better customer service cause they are unprofessional and didn't even state a reason why they cancelled my order and gave me a refund

Date of experience: June 27, 2020I went to your store establishment to purchase sneakers one of the employees told me they didn't have my size in store so she ordered them through store computer and informed me they would be delivered in 3-5 business days which is fine I received an email a week later telling me my order was cancelled, I call customer service and they tell me there is absolutely nothing they can do about it. This is complete inconvenience to me as a customer and unfair especially when it's a gift for your child literally a few week away from Christmas. Unfortunately I will never shop at finish line again this is unacceptable

Date of experience: November 30, 2023Customer beware! I ordered a pair of women's converse, and I was sent the mens size. I repackaged the item and brought it straight to fedex. I watched the tracking and saw that it arrived back at their warehouse on April 8th. By April 22nd I emailed them and asked them for my refund, I was told 3-5 more business days. Okay that's fine. But then the refund never came! So I reached out again and was told the refund was cancelled because the weight of the package was "slightly different." Excuse me? I have called and emailed back and forth with customer service and was told that I should contact fedex to confirm the weight of the package and have it updated. Uh why? You've had the package at your warehouse for almost a month. Just open up and check the package? It's pretty apparent this is a scam they are running so they get to keep the return and your money. Reporting them to the consumer financial protection bureau and the federal trade commission for online shopping. This is not how a reputable business is run! Also they outsource all their customer service to India, which I already take issue with. And good luck getting a supervisor on the phone. This company is a joke and I will buy from anywhere else before I buy from finish line.

Date of experience: May 6, 2024It's totally messed up that now you can't even try to enter raffles for exclusive shoes if you haven't already shopped there and have points. I only wear curtain brands and styles and not even being allowed a chance to purchase what I like from here is very disappointing. So maybe if I had a chance to buy, I would spend my money with them but I won't for the trash items that they want me to buy! And what few points I had from last year were reset at the new year so I have nothing with them. Looks like I won't ever be back here again. Y'all need a new procedure ASAP cause that ain't it!

I was told I had to wait for someone to check the cameras.I felt very embarrassed the other's customers were looking at me when the manager said I took these sneakers.I don't know what to do and I hope that manger be held accountable for this racial profiling. Christmas is over and I could not give my child his sneakers because im waiting on a store to check cameras. I will never shop there again. I'll go some place else where I can walk in and shop or exchange with out being racial profile

The excuse given was verification of order because seperate shipping location? Hello it's Christmas. Very piss poor service 550 dollars tied up at Christmas on a pair of shoes i cant get for my kid. Will never order from your establishment or step foot in your stores ever again.
Date of experience: December 22, 2014I order a pair of sneakers and paid for express two day delivery $22.99. Two days passed and my order is still being processed. I called customer service twice they stated that it takes 2 -3 days to process my order. What's the point of express shipment if it not coming until a whole week later and every time I check the date keeps getting pushed back. First it was Monday then Tuesday now Wednesday August 23. Very disappointing because I needed my sneakers for a special event. I know better next time Finishline will never get my money again if I can help it. I would rate this company no stars if that were allowed

There are better deals on the same shoes elsewhere. Plus, items are often not in stock, so you have to wait forever to receive your item, or it will be cancelled unexpectedly weeks later. Better to shop somewhere else.
Date of experience: June 24, 2013Ordered shoes on the 29th, got a tracking number checked the tracking number 4 days later and still no update, called after 5 days of no updates and was told they were lost in transaction and said a replacement pair would be shipped out with 2 day shipping, 8/3…. 8/4 called again and was now informed of a 4-6 days return processing then the 2 day shipping, at this point that's 10 days plus the initial 5 days I already waited… at this point I just asked for a full refund and will refuse to ever spend my hard earned dollars at one of there stores!

Folks, if you've had a bad experience with this company, maybe it's time to reach out to the people in charge at this company, because customer service obviously doesn't care.
You can reach any Finish Line executive by using the following email protocol:
Use the first initial of their first name and put that in front of their full last name and the domain is at finishline with a dot com after that.
Make sure your complaint gets the attention it deserves by putting your concern directly in front of the people who run this company. You can easily google the executives of this company too...
