2 different orders BOTH never came. Say they were delivered via their tracking, I emailed the customer service department they said they'd issue a refund, still have yet to see it. Service Value Shipping Returns QualityI came across this so-called factory outlet store on Instagram. They were advertising the most popular Stanley mugs. Prices were definitely too good to be true. But I fell for it anyway. Thankfully, it was not a large amount of money. ($35). I ordered them on December 8, they promised it would be delivered before Christmas. On January 8 their so-called tracking system said it was delivered January 8. So I went back to my original email and found a website to contact them. Needless to say, I have not heard anything back nor do I have a Stanley product. I wish all these scammers would put their time and effort into something good instead of stealing from honest, hard-working people.
