Terrible and charged my card for months because "I didn't uncheck the 'roadside assistance' box. Very scam like. Be careful. And the class itself is terrible and glitches and would forget the semesters that I did. Date of experience: September 8, 2023I am a student driver who needs to complete the required 24 classroom hours before getting my permanent license, so I purchased this course. This course is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I cannot stress enough, DO NOT BUY! The lessons are about 150 slides long, and each slide simply repeats what the previous one says. The photos and videos are clearly at least 15-20 years old (if not older!), and have dated information and references. The videos are long (some up to 30 minutes) and are horribly arduous and just repeat what the 150 page slideshow said. Understandably, each slide has a time limit which requires you to stay on it for a minimum time, but the time limits are long and arduous. For example, a slide with two short sentences and a photo requires you stay on it for a minute and a half. Most people could read that in twenty seconds or less. There are many other, better online platforms out there that are much more recommended. I know others who have taken this course, and they share the same sentiments. For reference, someone who did this course (as well as myself) has been working on it almost daily for over four months, and are still less than halfway through, while another person who did a different course was able to finish in under a month. This course is literally the worst possible product I have ever spent money on. I have never hated something more than this (and chemistry). If you want to keep your sanity, don't buy!
